what does the "D" mean?????

I was just wondering what some of those "D"s stand for..I know they are supposed to mean "DIS" but when you read these posts I am imagining some of them stand for "dumb" "dear" "divorced" "dull" "dememted" I can go on, but you see my point.

It normally means "dear" or "disney" in referrence to a family member, but it's been known to be used for something less flattering now and then.
