What do you weigh?

UG, yes, cookies are my weakness!!! Any sweets!! I'm on Alli now, so that keeps me "good" it's been okay so far, no issues for me THIS TIME. I weighed this morning, and the scale hasn't moved, probably because my monthly "visitor" just came, I ALWAYS slow down on the weight loss during that time!

I have an outrageous sweet tooth, too! Keep at it. the "monthly visitor" is just adding water weight.
 
I'm 5'2" and currently weigh 120 pounds. Last week before I came down with a nasty cold and stopped running as a result, I weighed 116. It's amazing how quickly I gained the weight, considering it took me about 8 months of running to lose those same 4 pounds. This is 15 pounds higher than my college weight, but I think I'm much stronger and healthier than I was then, so I totally agree with the "it's just a number" mentality. I'd gladly gain another 10 pounds, if only I could guarantee it would all be muscle -- especially if I could lose my "muffin top" in the process. :lmao:

I'd like to see a photo of you since I want to weigh 120 also! I'm 5'2 and right now weight 154. I just lost 10 lbs in the past 2 months. I still have a ways to go.

How is Ali working for you? I was thinking of supplementing this with Weight Watchers! My thinking is I can loose my weight faster then :)

I am 5' 4" and I weight 176 lbs. One year ago I suddenly put on about 15 pounds, and am struggling to take it off. I am going to WDW soon and promised myself that I would drop a few pounds, but I didnt. Everyday is a new starts towards my goal, hopefully today it will work :banana:

It's going pretty good for me so far, Just staying away from sweets and fried foods. I'm a little gassy, but nothing "bad" you can probably do weight watchers with this, but just watch the fat intake, things can add up quick! I keep my fat intake to around 10 grams of fat or less per meal, the bottle recommends 15 grams, that way I'm okay if I go over a little bit. It's been a week, and I've missed one pill, and no side effects...but, the scale STILL isn't moving. I have been walking, so I'm not sure what the deal is!! :confused3

Great job, Deb! Ten pounds in just 2 months is terrific!

The photo below is after I ran the half marathon. I was closer to 116 (or possibly even less) that afternoon.

I hope you keep us update on your progress. I'd like to see if it really does work. I've heard it's like 50.00 a month to be on Alie
 
I am 5'8" and weigh 147 lbs. I'm not technically overweight, but I'd like to weigh between 130 and 135. I'm just not sure that I can lose the weight though. I'm trying to get used to the higher weight. :rolleyes:
 
I am the shortest one on this thread......4' 9" and weigh as of this morning 113.6. WW has my range being 92-116 so I am technically in the healthy range, but my lifetime goal from 2003 is 110 so Im working to get back there. Weight is becoming a number to me as well. I admit I obsess over it. I weight myself every single morning and have since I joined WW in 2003. Over this last year Ive been working out and lifting weights really hard 5 days a week and although my weight has not changed....Ive dropped 2 sizes. Im trying to learn to get over that number on the scale and go with how my clothes feel instead. I feel fantastic!

I hear you! I am 5'9" and weighed 135 for about 5 minutes! A good weight for me is 140-145, but right now I am 155. Again, not overweight but not a weight I feel comfortable being at. That being said, I am off to the gym!:)
 
This morning my weight was 190. I'm 5'6" and need to lost 50 pounds according to my Doctor. I have 10 points left after breakfast, lunch, and snacks for dinner. My goal is to lose the 50 pounds in the next 12 months.
 
I am 5'6" and weigh 236.... a year ago I weighed 175, then I stopped smoking.

I have started training for a 5K in May, last year I came in last. :cheer2:

I'm 173 and 5'5.5". I gained 15 or so this past fall. Right now, I'm just trying to maintain, though I would like to lose some.
 
Im 6' 0 208lbs I am working on sliming down between 180-190 lbs by the summer season. I have cut back on fast foods, Eating more fruit and veggies, walking on the weekends. Starting Easter weekend I will be walking more on the weekends at a local park. :thumbsup2
 
I am 5foot9 and weigh about 223 pounds. I can fit... *barely* into my size 16 jeans and shorts. Ideally i would like to weigh about 175 pounds so that makes me wishing I could loose 50 pounds. Signed up for weight watchers on line and going to curves today to sign up there.

My husband is an amazing cook... He has helped to contribute to the weight gain... now we just need to utilize his talents in a healthier direction!!

Is there a thread where people share healthy recipes???
 
I am 5'7" and am 172 lbs. Summer '08, I was 160 lbs. Would like to get back to at least 160.

Thats me exactly!!! Have been going to the gym alot and following the Michael Thurmond 6 week makeover plan, so far its going great. I'm down 7 lbs the first week. I needed a change to jump start my weight loss. So far this has been working. My goal for the long term is 150.
