UG, yes, cookies are my weakness!!! Any sweets!! I'm on Alli now, so that keeps me "good" it's been okay so far, no issues for me THIS TIME. I weighed this morning, and the scale hasn't moved, probably because my monthly "visitor" just came, I ALWAYS slow down on the weight loss during that time!
I'm 5'2" and currently weigh 120 pounds. Last week before I came down with a nasty cold and stopped running as a result, I weighed 116. It's amazing how quickly I gained the weight, considering it took me about 8 months of running to lose those same 4 pounds. This is 15 pounds higher than my college weight, but I think I'm much stronger and healthier than I was then, so I totally agree with the "it's just a number" mentality. I'd gladly gain another 10 pounds, if only I could guarantee it would all be muscle -- especially if I could lose my "muffin top" in the process.![]()

How is Ali working for you? I was thinking of supplementing this with Weight Watchers! My thinking is I can loose my weight faster then

Great job, Deb! Ten pounds in just 2 months is terrific!I'd like to see a photo of you since I want to weigh 120 also! I'm 5'2 and right now weight 154. I just lost 10 lbs in the past 2 months. I still have a ways to go.

It's going pretty good for me so far, Just staying away from sweets and fried foods. I'm a little gassy, but nothing "bad" you can probably do weight watchers with this, but just watch the fat intake, things can add up quick! I keep my fat intake to around 10 grams of fat or less per meal, the bottle recommends 15 grams, that way I'm okay if I go over a little bit. It's been a week, and I've missed one pill, and no side effects...but, the scale STILL isn't moving. I have been walking, so I'm not sure what the deal is!!![]()
I hear you! I am 5'9" and weighed 135 for about 5 minutes! A good weight for me is 140-145, but right now I am 155. Again, not overweight but not a weight I feel comfortable being at. That being said, I am off to the gym!I am 5'8" and weigh 147 lbs. I'm not technically overweight, but I'd like to weigh between 130 and 135. I'm just not sure that I can lose the weight though. I'm trying to get used to the higher weight.![]()
I am 5'6" and weigh 236.... a year ago I weighed 175, then I stopped smoking.
I have started training for a 5K in May, last year I came in last.![]()
I am 5'7" and am 172 lbs. Summer '08, I was 160 lbs. Would like to get back to at least 160.
