Ok, I may be doing wrong by posting this, as this site actually does sell these pins. But they are not Disney pins, per se, so I thought it'd be ok.

I was over on the "Just Say Thanks" board and found this link. The pins for sale here are Cast Member Recognition awards that we, the guests, can use to award Cast Members who go above and beyond for us. We've pretty much all had some experience at the parks that has been greatly enhanced by the thoughtfullness and attention of a wonderful cast member, and I think this is a pretty great way to show our specific appreciation of the outstanding job that some of them do.

So, take a look and tell us what you think. Seems like a great idea to me...
