What do you do on Black Friday?

I'm at school.
It's a normal Friday, but then again... Black Friday is not a thing here. Besides for retail sending out e-mails to say they have discounts.

Dont ussuallly shop on black friday but think I am going to buy a TV today. Ours large TV is probabbly 15 years old Plasma and Ive been waiting for it to go but the prices are so insane I figure I better before they go up like everything else.

One of my best childhood memories is taking the metra train from the chicago suburbs to Union Station. Walking State Street, Going to Marshall Fields and then walking up N. Michigan Ave... Maybe if we got a table lunch at Ed Debivics. would always come home with so many paper shopping bags. Miss those green field bags

Unfortunately besides UnionStation and State Street itself none of it exists anymore

So the females in our group went out shopping for eight hours. The guys hung out and watched football.

Then we went bowling this evening. We've never done that as a group, but it was a lot of fun.

My son had Thanksgiving at his girlfriend's family's house yesterday so we had our Thanksgiving today. Did a little online shopping in between cooking and cleaning.
