At the moment, I'm kind of partial to cousin Eddie's nomenclature (from Christmas vacation) Dis rules prevent such words from being used, however.
no bath or shower? powder room
with bath or shower? washroom
looking for a public facility? washroom
I am pretty sure "washroom" is a Canadian term, or at least not one that is used in the States, every time I have used the term in the States I have received blank stares...one guy in Seattle actually outright asked me where in Canada I was from!![]()
The loo or lavatory. Estate agents often refer to it as a cloakroom. Some women say, ‘little girls room’; some men refer to it as ‘the john ’.
Not close to Canada./rushing to google "where is Wisconsin?"

Yup. I don't recall seeing Real Estate websites use powder room of washroom, the just list bathrooms.Bathroom, doesn’t matter whether it has a bathtub or not.
