I second the idea of bringing something to dry off with. We carried an "original German Shammy"-type cloth with us.
Definitely recommend wearing breathable, loose clothing made of a "quick dry" moisture wick material. Great during the hot and humid days and after the water rides.
Comfy waterproof sandals/flip flops/shoes are a must.
We carried ponchos made of breathable material (ours were Frogg Toggs Dri-Ducks ponchos).
I also second the idea of using something like "Gold bond" medicated powder to help prevent chafing and prickly heat symptoms. We found this very helpful in Florida weather.
