What do I do now that MSEP has been added?

So Disney has us plan ADRs at 180 days, FP at 60 days, and then less than 30 days out they add MSEP. Here's what I had planned for my me, my sister, her husband, and their 2 little girls.
5:30pm Liberty Tree Tavern
7:10-8:10 FP for Anna & Elsa
8pm Wishes for my sister and husband - I was going to head back to the contemporary with the girls because they don't really like the loud noise.

Now MSEP has been added at 7pm and I'm not sure how to handle it.
Will we have time to finish dinner and get over to Princess Fairytale Hall before the parade blocks us?
If we watch parade will we have time to do the meet and greet and still get to someplace for sister to watch the fireworks and for me to get out of the park?
If we all stay to watch the fireworks do you have any ideas for the girls? Has anyone used earplugs on their kids to soften the noise?
It would be easier if we could change the FP, but that will be close to impossible.

1. If you exit LTT by 7:10, you'll be ahead of the parade.

2. Watch outside the LTT and the parade will be over at that area by 7:25-ish.

3. That (and noise reducing headphones) as a solution has been used (and posted) dozens of times, so yes.

Thanks Robo. I knew you would be able to give me the parade times for that area.
I've been AP holder for years, but this is the first time taking family with kids … a lot more work when you're dealing with young children … but I'm sure seeing Disney through their eyes will make it all worthwhile.
