What DIS boardisms bug you?

My pet peeve on the boards is when people don't write descriptive subjects for their postings.

GIANT SIGNATURES! Especially the ones with line after line of quotes or resort stays. I hate when one post takes up the entire screen.

The only thing that bugs me is rudeness which I have been fortunate enough not to experiece much of here at the DIS.

It bugs me when people who don't agree with the majority get attacked for their opinions.

I also can't stand when people do the "Happy Dance". I wish there was a whole board for the happy dancers.

Overall nothing REALLY bothers me, but I do have little pet peeves. I agree about the non descriptive post titles. Also, when 10 people post about the same thing. For example, Friday I heard breaking news on tv. I thought to myself "how long before there are 10 posts about this?" Wouldnt you know I checked like 2 minutes later and there were already 3 posts about it.

I really dislike when posters try to intimidate others, pick on them or belittle them, or, not really present now, but in the past, when some posters relished in hurting others here.

The pool hopping, resort mug, room occupancy police. Gosh, I often wonder if these people have any fun in their lives if they are so stuck on the rules. Even Disney bends the rules, so why can't these folks just chill??

Something I've been seeing lots of recently is the overuse/misuse of quotes.

It's one thing to quote a particular part of another's post in order to address a specific issue in it. It's another thing to answer almost every thread with the post before yours in quotes. Why some folks need they think to quote everything they reply to, I can't figure out.

Two words that drive me up a wall:

ENTITLEMENT MENTALITY

People, this is a discussion board about travel. When others have a complaint regarding their trip, I don't think it's called for to write them off as having an "entitlement mentality."

Folks pay good money to visit WDW, and if they're not satisfied in some way, they should be able to discuss it here without getting these two words thrown in their faces.
