I have never had any issues with my toenails before but unfortunately the springtime surprise challenge was too much for my toes. One toe on each foot was in a lot of pain around mile 8 on the 10 miler. After finishing I took of my shoes and socks to a nasty surprise. The nails were completely lifted out of the nail bed with fluid like a blister between the toe and the nail. I have no idea what to do about it. Just got home this morning and kept it bandaged for the rest of the trip. Should I see a doctor about them or just let them heal? How long does it take to heal and when can I run again? My next training block was suppose to start in June. Very lost on dealing with this.
