I'm doing the CP right now and I'm in chatham across from patterson and omg, they put those buildings up soooo quickly. When we got here in Jan they were barely there and now it looks like its almost done and will be totally done by May.

My roommates and I LOVE Chatham. Were all 21+ and value sleep and go to a bar if we want to go out so we can keep our apt safe and clean I would live in a new apt in a second if I could move to patterson.

Oh yay!! That's excellent news, I hope Patterson is open. I'd love to live in a brand new place. If not Patterson, then I hope for Chatham. Any place that's quiet and laid-back is for me, I need my apartment to be a place I can go to unwind and relax.
