I am thinking of sending dh with ds (12) on the train tour. DD (14) and DD (12) don't have any interest in this tour. We are staying offsite so we will all need to go early. What can the girls and I do while we wait to get into MK? We will meet up with the guys after the tour.

You can drop them off at the Contemporary and let them walk from there to MK. You and the girls can go have breakfast and explore another resort until it's time to head to MK.

I had been tossing this question around myself and have decided to get a manicure/pedicure at the GF while my DH is busy with the steam train tour. :goodvibes

Can someone please tell me what the train tour is?
This is a new one to me.

Thanks,

Karen:)

Maybe make a 'girls only' pre-park breakfast reservation at 'Ohana, 1900 Park Fare or Crystal Palace. Crystal Palace, pre-park opening, is our favourite early breakfast reservation. Afterwards, you can go on rides until it is time to meet up with DH and DS.

I loved the Behind the Trains tour when DH and I took the tour, especially the question and answer session at the end. The engineer had loved his career and loves his retirement job at Disney. He knew a lot of railroad history and Disney history. I recommend this tour. It's not just for little boys.
