My previous post shed a lot of light on my impressions of OKW--I can't seem to get a feel of the layout.

Ok--we want to be near a pool with a hottub, as we will be in a studio. We also want to be near a busstop as it looks like my DH will never get this bootcast off his foot!!

Which buildings? Comments?

Why not try for the Peninsular Road buildings? There is a bus stop right there and you are stones throw away from the HH and the main pool. In Sept. we stayed in a bldg. at Miller's Road. That bus stop was really close to our room and the pool and hot tub was a 1 minute walk!!

Going home in 4 days!!!

South Point (buildings 53-56) would also fit your needs. There is a bus stop right there and pool/hot tub is between 55-56 and acroos the street from 53-54.

Turtle Pond (buildings 40-44) have a similar layout and relationship to pool and bus.

Millers Road (17-20) also. Enjoy!

We like buildings 53 & 54 -non smoking buildings. Across the parking lot is the quite pool and steps away is the bus stop. It is at the back of the resort so it is very quite back there. It you want some excercise and want to walk to Downtown Disney, during the day light hours only, you can go out the back of the resort.

How do you get to the main pool from these buildings? It appears on the map there is water in the way. Do you have to go all they way to HH house and back around to the pool? Is the main pool anything special?

Thanks!

All the buildings are only a few minutes from a bus stop. If you are in one of the buildings farther away from HH and the main pool, you can take any of the buses there. If your DH will have a cast on his foot, you might want to ask for first floor rooms cclose to HH for medical reasons. a

There is a bridge over the water that you walk. It is a very quick walk from rooms 23-27 on Peninsular Blvd. You are near a bus stop and as you requested could walk to the Hospitality House (resort check-in), Olivia's, Community Hall, etc.

We were in building 35. Not necessarily really close to the pool (about 2 min walk) but definitely close to bus stop.

We stayed in Bldg. 14 in Dec. and it was right across the screet from the bus stop and HH (main pool). Didn't notice any bus noise either.
