I'm sorry if this is a dumb question.....but I just saw this section and I'm curious. What are these pins everyone is looking for? Can anyone get them? I go to Disney twice a year and have never heard of this! Lol

pins are random, anyone could get them. That being said, they tend to be sent to those who have not gone in a while. I stopped staying onsite and started getting them all the time. It is not a loyalty program, it is to try to get new guests to book onsite. They come in e-mail or snail mail.
