What are the rental home co. names?

DH and I want to take a spurr of the moment trip to WDW and we would like to stay in a Home. We will not have funds for trip untill a week before!(tax return) DH has never went to WDW in low season and would love to give it a shot! I have been looking at VRBO but alot of the dates are gone and I am not sure how the payment would work! WE rented 1 last year but I had paid monthes in advance. I was wondering if I would have more luck with the last minute thing with a Co. that has many listings.....? We need a 3 bed 2 bath with private heated pool. Any info on Names or advice would be helpfull.... I have also seen good deals on Hotels but prefer a home!

I have used www.elitevacationhomes.com a couple times. Their prices are good and you don't have a large deposit to pay ahead of time. The homes were lovely and my experience with that company has always been positive.

Florida Leisure Homes

I think he has last minute rental deals sometimes. He posts on these boards from time to time and has always been helpful about questions (even concerning other properties).

We stayed at a home rented through www.familiesfirst.com. I was very satisfied with the home, but it was about a 20-30 minute drive to Disney gate. The benefits are a super clean really nice home with your own pool, but the downside was the drive to get to the attractions. They were a very friendly company though.

First off I did not delete anything... I did not want a heated debate. I am sorry if my question caused anyone any trouble. I love having any new info from anyone..... I have taken alot of advice from these boards and have even taken advice from other owners.... (Rabbit for example.) I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who posted and I think I saw all posts before they were deleted. If anyone wants to give me any info not allowed on the boards please PM me. THANKS!
