Is it likely that I can get a 1 bedroom beach club villa or 2 bedroom boardwalk view villa for the first week in June when booking 7 months out?

I think you have a good chance right at 7 months or starting a waitlist at 7 months. Some parts of the country still have school in session in early June.

Thanks! That is good news. Right now we have ressies at AKV (our home resort), but we really wanted to give it another year or two before we stayed there. We want all the construction to be done and let them "get their groove". Plus, we want to go to Epcot next year. Obviously Boardwalk or Beach Club would accomodate that plan better too.
