What am I doing wrong? Help please.

I am looking for resrt rates for Dec 2022. Nothing at any resort! Tried May 2023, figuring it is far enough out, still nothing at any resort! I am not looking under special offers, or discounts, just regular room rates. I know they are not all full. What am I doing wrong?

Didn't read entire thread...but have you considered Priceline or Trivago? I've often found availability when WDW shows none. And they offer substitutions as welI. I've booked ASM & Swan to tack onto my DVC stays for much less than WDW offered & for exact dates I needed.

Be wary of "fees" added by them or resort but otherwise both ressies were treated by hotels same as all others. At Swan, I was even upgraded w/o asking.

Going to jump in here too. Is anyone else having issues finding room-only availability for early December? Specifically dates involving the first weekend. We've cleared cookies, logged out, logged in, used multiple Disney accounts, group sizes (2 and 4), incognito, different browsers etc. but we still only see value resorts and 1 or 2 moderates. Everything else is "Check Availability" and when we click it, it comes back with "This room type is unavailable for the dates, party size or offer selected." I mean, I guess it's possible everything is sold out? 6/34 resorts seem a bit far fetched though.

I'm having the same issue. Values and Caribbean Beach Resort. Although I am looking over Thanksgiving so I assumed that the availability was true and correct. Now you have me thinking that it might not be.
