Removed the hard stem from the Swiss chard, mustard greens and spinach. Lay the leaves of all top of each other and rolled them together like a cigar; slice thru the “cigar” about 1/4” apart till finished- it’ll look like thin ribbons.How did you prepare the greens?
Place steamer, filled with greens, in simmering liquid ( could be broth, water, or whatever you fancy), cover and cook for about 3-5 minutes or until the greens darken. Serve immed and if you like, sprinkle with lemon juice.
I don’t use salt on most of my veggies but that a personal weirdness, lol. Season as you like
