My Final Pre-Trippie Post!



I can't believe we are leaving for WDW in just a little over 6 hours!!!



I'm sorry it took me longer to get on here than anticipated. It's been a long, cold, and wet day here in North Carolina again! I spent the day with my family going to brunch, last minutie shopping, and a long trip to Honey Baked Ham to pick up part of my family's meal for tomorrow. I had pancakes this morning and a Candy Cane freeze, so I was happy as could be!

I finally got back home around 6:00pm and had a lot to do!! I've been running around all night, cleaning and packing. I still have packing to do! I also had to do another load of laundry! I also made sure to stop for a few minutes to eat some cranberry sauce! Yummy!

DH got home a little before I did and made sure to fill "The Doom Bugy" up with gas. We did manage to get our two big suitcases packed in the Beetle. There was just enough room! The Beetle can really only hold enough for two people, I have realized. It's a very tight fit, but we're making it work! We had to lay down the backseat and the suitcases take up the entire back! We still have three small bags to get in "The Doom Bugy" in the morning.

I've got my pumpkin pie candle burning right now! It smells really good and it's getting me in the Thanksgiving mood!

Mickey, Chip, and Dale are all packed and ready to go! Mickey is bringing along his own camera and fanny pack! He looks really cute when he is wearing all his gear! Mickey is so excited about going to Fort Wilderness tomorrow! I told him we get to ride on a boat and that's all he has been talking about all day!

Chip 'n Dale have been really good all day and can't wait to make their first trip to Walt Disney World! They can't wait to see Cinderella's Castle! I also told them they may get to meet Cinderella and they flipped out! Dale also can't wait to get to Trail's End for Thanksgiving dinner and enjoy some more cranberry sauce! They better have some or I'm in trouble!

DH said he wants to get up around 4:30am and for us to be on the road around 5:00am. I was shocked he wanted to leave that early, but he said he wants to leave as early as possible! He's the one driving, so it's up to him and it's fine with me! He's a morning person and I'm a night person, so I'm sure I'll be asleep most of the way. DH went to bed at 8:30pm!! I'll be up the entire night, until we leave! I'm too excited to sleep!!

We should be entering WDW around 2:00pm!! Just in time to check-in to All-Star Sports!

I want to thank everyone for joining and reading my Pre-Trippie! I can't wait to get back and be able to share our Trip Report with everyone! Mickey, Chip, and Dale are so excited about taking pictures for all the DIS'ers to see!

Everyone watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade for me too! I'm really sad I'm going to miss it this year! I love it and it is a tradition I'll miss this year. Well, WDW does make up for it!

Keep my Trippie going while I'm gone DIS'ers! I don't want to come back and see it at the bottom of the pile of posts on the Trip Board! How sad would that be!?

Mickey has already been playing around with his camera and he wants to make sure the DIS'ers see his first photo! I love it! The Boys are so talented!

Right now I am super-jealous of you b/c you're in WDW and I'm stuck here in cold NJ. By the way, wasn't the weather on Nov 21 awful in Charlotte? I am in grad school in Columbia, SC and drove up to Charlotte to fly home for Thanksgiving and it was sleeting!?!? Crazy! Then my plane was delayed 5 hours

I am so looking forward to reading your TR, especially about MVMCP DF and I are going to MVMCP on Dec 18, the day before our wedding planning session I cannot wait! And, DF just told me yesterday we could add an extra day to our December trip

Ahhh! So i just read your entire pre-trippy! I am a TOTAL closet fan of yours! I read your last trip report and have looked at all your wedding pictures etc. (does that sounds creepy??) lol ANYWAYS!! I feel like your life REALLY is a fairytale!! A disney wedding and now your MOVING there! You are EXTREMELY lucky! I hope you work there - that would be so cool! I loved your pre-trip report and cannot wait to read your trip report. I hope your having tons of fun. I know that your a total croc fan but I am still on the edge about buying some.
