It's a couple miles from Sea World. You'll be just on the other side of I-4, near Sand Lake Road, IIRC. So cross over on Sand Lake, then turn right on Int'l Dr, going south. It's a mile or two down on the right, past the Convention Center.
You may be able to see the highest fireworks from Universal or Sea World, depending on the location of your room. This is a pretty high density resort (many tall buildings, close together) with reports that vary widely (people seem to love it or hate it). We didn't care for it much, when we toured because we like more greenery. Lots to do there, though. Hope you enjoy it!
