Well, that's it then, we're married!
It was last Wednesday 9th December on the Boardwalk and we couldn't have asked for a better day. The weather was a bit suspect all the time leading up to the wedding and then it was after our day too.
It was only 2 degrees below the recorded high temperature on our day and a little breezy. We were all really hot in our suits and dresses but it was so worth it.
We saw a bride getting married the next morning and she was rained out. Real shame.
Disney were absolutely flawless and really went above and beyond on a couple of points. Randy was a dream to work with, and the Disney photographer was excellent too.
My hair and make-up was great, done by Ana at Beaute Speciale, and she made me look like a million dollars.
The violinist was superb and played all the way through.
Our stretch Hummer was fantastic and the driver got us a bottle of champagne for when we had finished our lunch.
Lunch at the GF is something I will never forget. The setting, the food, the people etc. It took my breath away.
Dinner at the Yachstman Steakhouse was great but I was a bit disapointed with my steak. TBH, the one at Plant Hollywood was better.
We then went into Epcot for Illuminations.
I'm going to do a full report when we get back but thought I'd give you a quick update.
The only thing that didn't go to plan (well, there were quite a few) was the manicure I had booked for Mom and me. I confirmed the room number with Valencia when we got there but they had the time as 1100 not 1400. They turned up at 1100 and we weren't there. We arrived at 1400 and they weren't there! Oh well, not a disaster. They had sent an email confirming the time of 1100 but I didn't get it as I was in Florida.
Right, we are off to DTD today so I need to get ready.
take care xx
