We're in, but now what???

After goofing around for the last few months on making our decision, we finally Fed-Ex'd our contract today. We're now officially in for 200 pts. at SSR!!! And from the looks of things,it was in a nick of time too.

Now what???

We don't settle unitl July and I know we can make our ressies for SSR and stuff, but will we get any conformation from DVC when they receive our package?

Or, do we just sit back and wait for the settlement papers to arrive and watch for the debit in our checking account??

P.S. This fourm was instrumental in helping us make a decision. Although there are varying opinions on a lot of topics, they were very helpful. Keep'em comming!!!

You should have already paid for this "years" maint dues and will see your first debit starting January 2005. If you want to see your purchase when its given to the Orange County Comptroller's Office as proof of your ownership visit -

If your financing thru Disney and you just Fed-Ex'd your paperwork you should see an approval letter in the mail in about ten days. Thats how long it took ours about two weeks ago.
