Morning all! Had computer issues this morning here... I still think my Yahoo Messenger is not working right, but meh. Actually I thought it ws computer issues when it turned out to be just connection issues... of course I didn't realize that until a half an hour later I checked the router

Lily I am sorry that the doctor appt didn't go any better. HOpe the follow ups won't be too bad

Foot is still sucky, Kimmy. I see the doctor on Monday. My luck is that the doctor will tell me to take a week off-yeah, like I can do THAT! I've been icing it, and that seems to help. Hard part is wearing sneakers, because it rubs a sore spot on the ankle.

No more Kippy pictures, I assume?

Went to our HOA handoff meeting last night. This was supposed to be done three months after the last house took residence (me). It was good, got to meet neighbors and befriend the wives of two of the new board members. Ends up the few issues Ed and I have are issues for others. The kids all over our yards. The rental houses having more than one family. Apparently, when the others signed contracts, they were told it would be a 'no rental' community and the houses could not be sold for two years. Four houses have sold. At least now we have the power to enact those rules!

Suppose I should get off my tukkus and get dressed. We are going out for breakfast and possible shopping.

I guess that makes me more country than you....the only "chains" we have in our town is Dunkin Donuts (thank the lord) and Subway..... both just opened last year.

Pam, I cannot get over how your DQ closes in the winter time! That is just plain wrong!!! Stupid Rita's Italian Ice does that too. Honestly I don't liek that they are only open half of the year so I rarely go to them.

Suzanne, I've had terrible luck with Trillian in the past. But yes, I do use AIM, MSN & Yahoo. I had big issues trying to do group chats with Trillian. I don't do it near as much as I used to, but it was a PITA. I wonder if they fixed that!

Paula, woo hoo on Chris wanting to do that! It sonds like things are definitely looking up! Oh and np on the computer woes... but if you get a chance, I am curious, my Yahoo isn't showing that it is working, but I'm wondering if somehow I am showing up as online or not.

PITA... I might just look at Trillian again. Maybe on the laptop though... if I don't like it, I can more easily wipe things clean on that one than here

Hi gang,
I came to work with my head still pounding. I cancelled tutoring and now I have found a nice permanent sub who is free this afternoon to cover my classes. I'm going home and going to bed.

I swear that if it isn't gone by tomorrow I'm going to shoot myself and say to hell with it. (my luck I'd miss and shoot myself in the toe!! ) or maybe I should just call the Veep and see if he can help me out!
