Slept great last night! Dave wasn't hear to cough all night.

Present wrapping today and deciding on the Christmas cookies I want to do this year. Everyone has their favorites, so I need to do those and then have to pick a few "new" ones to try out.

It's a crazy time of year, and I'm wearing way too many "hats" these days. Nancy slept last night! Yay!! Me too. The night before I slept on the living room floor. Minnie had her teeth cleaned on Monday and was still very loopy from the anesthetic. I didn't want her to fall off the bed and I knew I couldn't keep her off of it, so threw the couch cushions on the floor. Who's spoiled?!? Is not!

Cookies! Did you mention ginger cookies earlier!?! Oh my!! Loooove ginger stuff!

Karen - I am really envious of the tuition program in place by both Florida and California! I wish this would be adapted by all the states! Let's just say our belts are pretty tight right now.....

Todd - Cable was knocked out from 6:30 - 8:00 and then it would just cut out for a minute or less the rest of the time. I only missed a little of the very beginning of AR. That whiny mama's boy has to go....

Hi All, just a quick check in here!!

Juat found out we are going to see On the Record......again!! I am VERY happy about this!! So I guess I will get to be at a Disney event if I can't really bea t Disney! It was a great show though.

Fianlly did make it to the post office and all of the cards are in the mail. Should be in your mailboxes sooner than later!!!

Anyway, lots to do now that I ahve some plans for the evening!! I will check back later after I get some stuff done.....like go and pick up the tickets!!!!!

Karen, I think any time you can say something great about your kids its wonderful.

Nancy, I'm going to try making cookies with Jar this christmas (this weekend actually). Since I had such a bad experience with home made cakes i decided to skip the homemade cookies and go for slice and bake that we can decorate. I want to use the sprinkles and stuff but I also want to make an icing to put on the cookies. Do you have a good christmas cookie recipe for icing? I found one in a woman's magazine that used powdered sugar, vanila and meringue powder.

I am already starting to make the reservations for next Christmas at WDW. I haven't told my family yet. I figure I'll wait a while and then tell them. I want to find another deal like I got this year for $50 bucks a night at Pop. So I will keep my eyes open for those deals!!

Gonna go and try and do some work.

Oh and welcome Mr. Incredible. A yaya is a wonderful person who likes to dance nekid, eat roadkill, sleep for others, and generally share their wonderful lives with those around them. Be sure to tape the dance for all of us to enjoy!

Someone help me out if i get this wrong...

The game starts off with 11 couples(married, sisters, buddies, whatever)
They have several destinations to go to & sometimes do certain things along the way..The travelling is across the globe...A cameraman travels with each couple...Last one to reach a 'Pit Stop' is eliminated...Tried summoning it up short as possible...The Pit Stop is the last place they go to for that show and the team that gets there first always wins a trip(nice prize--at least this year they have)...Its interesting seeing the different couples go at it....

Stop in anytime! Well.... *some* of us are always prepared! *coughnancycough* - and then there's the rest of us - who are easily distracted by speedskaters, cabana boys, computer games, and roadkill..... Pull up a chair and tell us all about yourself!

A yaya is a wonderful person who likes to dance nekid, eat roadkill, sleep for others, and generally share their wonderful lives with those around them.

Does Mandy generally enjoy Scouts? I was DS's Cub Scout den leader from 1-5 grade. He was a real pistol - I sometimes wanted to pull my hair out because I also had 9 other wild and crazy boys to contend with.

He has stuck with Scouts - is now an Eagle Scout and very active in the Troop and OA. I did not assume any leadership positions when he crossed the bridge over into Boy Scouts 5 years ago. He admitted to me a couple of years ago that he really didn't like me being the leader and giving my time and $$ to all of the other boys, hence he would act up to get all of my attention. The goober....

You might want to ask her is she is feeling that way.

Pam....this will only be our second meet. She wants me there, wouldn't be a brownie if I wasn't there. The only reason I agreed to be the assistant. We'll see how tonight goes. Maybe it was nerves from the first meet and the fact that I had 10 girls by myself, the leader was talking to the moms.

Our cards aren't out yet...still waiting for the girls pictures to arrive from imagestation. Hoping they come today. The cards are signed, the letter is printed...just need the pictures. Probably could have sent the group here out since I probably won't include a picture They are the same as in my sig....
