Well, that 110 bulbs had to go somewhere different We (or should I say DH ), didn't get the planter addition added this summer. Otherwise they would have joined the 300-400 others that are out there.

No worries TC....I'm taking care of the ankle. I have orthodics that I wear in my sneakers and after 2 full days of walking on them the ankle was sore. Should be as long as I stay off of it too much today.

Yay Kristy is in!

It was such a beatuiful day here. I totally blew off doing anything productive around the house (other than laundry). I went for a 2 1/2 hour walk and covered 9 miles total. I putzed around taking pics as I went. I haven't taken them from the camera yet so I don't know if they are presentable, but I enjoyed the process.

DH was waiting for me when I came home. He was ready to go to the gym. So I went with him and played on the machine circuit then a couple of stretch laps and a soak in the hot tub.


Just finished supper and now going to see what mischief I can make.

Morning all.....busy weekend. Saturday cooked for my brother's moving team, did some shopping, went to the cemetary, then back to my brothers to finish helping his family get organized.
Sunday...church, Halloween party, church. Sitting at work now feeling yuckys. Feels like sinus.

Nancy...I think I would take the trip over the movies. Not much longer before you are outta here.

Sherry...I had a no cook day yesterday. That was nice since I had to cook a lot of Saturday.

Elaine...Hope Luis gets better.

Lily...you go with all the exercise. I am trying to decide on a new workout for myself....bored with my current one and with Todd working evenings I am very limited.

It is going to be another beautiful day here. I so appreciate all that we have for it won't be long now and we will all be hibernating.


Amanda, I hear ya on the exercise thing. It is certainly not easy when the young ones are in need of constant supervision. It was difficult for me then too. Good luck finding a way. It is such a necessary evil. (I don't always enjoy doing it.)

Elaine, I hope you got done whatever you needed around the house at least to make a dent in your neverending list. I will spend my week trying to do what I didn't over the weekend.

Clothes in the wash, off to work and more when I return.

Just popped in real quick to say
I'm sick. Didn't feel too good yesterday morning, then felt worse after leaving my inlaws. By evening I felt horrible. Stuffy/runny nose, headache, sore throat, fever. Blech! Right now my head feels like its about to explode and my face hurts something fierce.
Junior was a sweetie and let me sleep this morning and he got the boys off to school.

Elaine, hope Luis feels better. Glad you finished your book. I have a few books here that I picked up at the library Saturday. Hoping to start one today.

Lily, sounds like a wonderful walk. Yesterday was a beautiful day.

Nancy, you saw The Grudge? That movie looks scary! I can't watch horror movies at the theater. Only at home. How was it?

The Grudge was GREAT! Best scary movie I gave seen in a long time. I love them!! The Japanese have a great way with it......no gore! That's my kind of movie.
Lots of audience action Dave was jumping all the time. He didn't want me to touch him Now why would I do that ?

Okay y'all will laugh at me. I saw a few ask how Luis was, and honestly I didn't know. I rarely talk to him much in the morning as I am out the door by 6:30 usually. So he is usually all snuggled in bed still when I leave. I wound up calling him to see how he was today, and funny, I forgot to post after that

Amanda, what are you currently doing for your work out? I really ought to get back into mine. Been eating better, but not doing much moving around

Lily, I so wish I got something done, but I didn't really Just as I was going to get to doing one specific thing, Luis came up with a movie to watch. So I watched "Hackers" with him instead Tonight... i keep pushing it off, but I don't think I can do it for much longer.

Sherry, I hope you are feeling better soon! That was so sweet of Junior to do all that to let you sleep in.
