Tara, now I feel stupid... how ever did I miss that the first time :o

Meh...

Tara, your pics are adorable. It is amazing how quickly they change as they grow through the early years. Thanks for sharing with us.

Sherry, well good luck with the glasses thing. Our DS 2 needs them and would only wear them in school as I threatened to have him moved to the front of class if he was caught not wearing them. He wears them now to drive but not much else. He is lucky as it is not required constant wearing.

Elaine, I am glad that Luis was quick enough to recover and not get into an accident. He is good at defensive driving for sure.

We decided to just grab a bar burger tonight. I got hot wings as I do there. We went for a ride through the park and saw many deer tonight in the fields and crossing the road through which we were driving. Decided to come home and I'm doing laundry.
:bored:

LOL Sherry boys can be difficult. A few years back we found out Matthew was farsighted. He wanted contacts. The lady put them in and had him put them in once or twice. Then that night he couldnt get them out because he couldnt keep his eyes open. Finally got them out and he didnt want them anymore so I had to go back and get him glasses. He only needs them to read but he rarely ever keeps up with them
On the other hand I found out Michael was far sighted in 1 eye and near sighted in the other so it cancels each other out and he can see okay, lol.
Cute pics Tara. The boys are growing really fast.

TC - oops - hope I didn't give the plot away!!:o

Elaine - slid over on the couch and hand me some of that popcorn!

I actually left her alone so she could get some napping..
Had to keep Cassie away while I was home
Have to substitute piece for peace...:jester:

Quick hi... stupid things gone wrong today so I hid and read a book for a long time :p Needed a slight mental get-a-way and the book I read was perfect for it.

Luis will be gone for a good portion of the day tomorrow... gotta say that makes me happy so I can clean :p

Tara, adorable pictures!!! The ones of Jarrod and Ethan, especially are precious!!

Lily, if you only knew the truth about Luis and driving... I thank God that nothing seriously happened. I do hope this is a sign of him actually becoming a better driver (trust me, this has been an issue in the past)

Deena, that is interesting about the eyesight... although makes sense... with contacts they actually usually wind up making one eye slightly farsighted and one nearsighted yet they balance well.

Todd, sweet of you to let her rest like that.

I should go... catch y'all tomorrow :)

Morning

Sorry Ive been kinda MIA lately. Things going on and a lot of stress lately. Hopefully things should ease up by mid November. We had to cancel our Halloween trip. Very sad about that but it had to be done. So far we will still be there in December though.

I have been up since 5:30 this morning. Seems my kids decided to get up that early. UGH. They had to listen to their Angel Alert CD, a muscial they are putting on at the church for Christmas, so I let them stay up. Of course they have done nothing but fight and argue while listening. Nice way to start off a Saturday....NOT.

I have been reading and praying for those that need prayers just havent felt much like chatting and dont wanna crab about whats going on.

Morning Ya Yas!

Karen, glad you checked in. I was worring about you.

Elaine, I hope he gets this message about the driving then. Happy cleaning day!

Todd, you are truly a gem.

Tara, Whoo hooo on your post count!

Deena, hi there!

It is a beautiful sun shiny morning. Sunrise is georgeous with the colorful trees. I wanna be outside today. Alas, Ted has other plans and it is Cleaning Day here for me too I guess.:(

:sunny: :sunny: and  to all

Greetings from Walt Disney World! Just checking in for a quick hello! Having a great time. Flight was tough because I'm still congested.

Went to Jellyrolls last night. Had a blast, as usual. One of the piano players was asking everyone where they were from, and he said he knew were I was from. He knew I was local. I said, "No, I'm from Boston." He said, "So you mean every time you come here you come all the way from Boston?" I say, "Yeah." He was very surprised.

Andrew Dan Jumbo from While You Were Out was at Jellyrolls last night. I saw him sitting at the bar as I was walking out. That was kind of neat.

Well, time to fly. Talk to you later.

Karen

JRKaren! Glad you checked in and that you are already enjoying yourself, of course! Living vicariously through you while you are there. Have lots of fun.
:earsgirl:

Morning all... Luis is now up and getting ready for the game. His friend will be over in about 45 minutes and she'll drive them over to the game. Then I can get my work done ;) Also have to shop a little for a shower I have next weekend.

Karen, so glad you checked in. I hope that things get better for you soon

Lily, I hope you get to enjoy the beautiful weather at some point today.

JRKaren, glad you checked in! I hope the congestion won't get in your way anymore. Enjoy the trip!

Enjoy your play time, Lily! And YAY for the cruise!!

Right now I am trying to decide if I am going to get something or not. I am honestly *not* a huge Disney buying person. I have some things, but I do not like my house just full of Disney items. However, I found this http://disney.store.go.com/DSSearch...t&CLK=DS_11776_SEARCH_FRM&Searchstr=95320-F44
Luis says I can get it... and we could put it in the front room... it is gorgeous to me, and I totally fell in love with a painting of the same thing at (I think) DL this summer (or was it WDW in May  I can't believe I forgot). However the painting was about $2500 :p
I think I am going to get it.... but wow, I sure don't need it.

:wave2:

Can't get to it Elaine :(
Something wrong with a $2500 painting :p

Karen....hope things calm down for you.

JRKaren glad you are having a good time.

Yay for the cruise, Lily :bounce:

cute pictures, Tara :)

:wave2: Everyone else. The heater is doing that stinky thing again  Just we are heatless today while we (as in Dave ;) ), try to figure it out.

Morning, all!

Just wanted to post (haven't read the remaining pages yet) that any dietary needs can be met by calling 407-wdw-dine. For sit down, the chef will come out to your table and go over the menu options-gluten is not too difficult to work with.

Suzanne

Elaine I saw that in the DD book and loved it. I do have a couple of disney posters in my laundry room but not all over my house but like you I love this tapestry. Its far cheaper than your painting.

Well I am glad that I went to order it. My credit card company was doing a pre-emptive check and had I been out shopping before I realized they were making me verify the purchases (a pain in the neck, but at the same time nice that they wanted to double check random purchases) I think I might have been ticked off.

Sooooo... that tapestry will be shipped :teeth: Nothing wrong with a $2500 painting... except I am too cheap to get it no matter how much I like it :p

Dang, hate when I get interrupted while typing. Luis called.

Good luck with the stinky smell, Nancy!!! And Lily looks adorable!!

Suzanne, you are always so helpful!

Deena, I don't have a single Disney thing hanging on the wall. Actually Luis is quite happy with the restraint I show :p

back after reading! :)

Lainey, if it'll make you happy, go for it. It's gorgeous. I'm looking forward to when I can hang all my artwork again!

Pam-Vicks on the forehead works for a headache? Who knew? Alas, I can't try it-I'm severely allergic to the stuff. I won't even keep it in the house.

Tara-I hope you feel better soon. Loved the pictures, you have two adorable guys there.

Karen-HUGS. Hang in there. Going through some of what you are to a smaller degree...just need to get hubby rolling with the post office down here.

JRKaren-LOL..they thought you were local!

Bethie-Enjoy your weekend getaway. I get one next weekend, but I guess I don't need to escape the weather, lol! If it wasn't too late for skyline drive foliage, I'd make that trip.

Well, we've now created a jiffy pop addict. Rental doesn't have a microwave...it's been hard not having one. Last night's homework was to have popcorn and read a book with your family. All we had was packs of microwave, so off to the store we went, where they had no bagged popcorn. We had the jiffy pop, he watched us pop it, and now he wants more!

Alas, peace is gone in our house...have to go referee world war three.

Suzanne

Ahhh...the link worked this time. Very nice Elaine. I've paid more than that for snowglobes  You all would think I had way too much Disney laying around.....:teeth:
I have a $2500 painting :p That's why the comment ;)

It's getting cold in here. Guess I better go move around
