Just got done watching AR6 and all I have to say is WOW!!!
I'm hooked...

Nancy--them are cute cookies...

I gotta get this junk food outta this house.(Did I just say that?)...
I will have to start exercising soon...:o

John, don't forget us Northern Kentuckians...:wave2:

I haven't forgotten you folks in Northern Kentucky. The more the merrier. I just know that it's a LONG drive for you from NoKY to NeOH.

Hey. I've got an idea. How about a Mammoth Cave DISmeet??? ::yes::

:wave2:

Icky rainy day today. Blech!

Got tix for the Cavs game Saturday. We're telling the boys at dinner. They will be soooo excited. :bounce:

Nancy, cute turkey cookies. :)

Elaine, for you. Did you buy Clay's Christmas CD? Is it good? I am thinking of getting it when I go to Target later.

Told ya you'd like AR, Todd. :p Its an awesome show!

Hi Lily! :wave2: Glad to see you pop in. :)

JRKaren, you sound right at home with that DVC stuff ;) Enjoy it!

Lily, glad you'll join us for dinner that night. Don't stay away so long next time though.

Which reminds me, Beth & Dave are you joining us? And where/when do we want to meet for dinner? I would imagine I'll be in MK earlier that day.

Todd, bring me the junk food. We hardly have any and I kind of really feel like I could use it :p

Mammoth Cave? Where is that John? You know I'd be likely to go though.

Sherry, what do you think I am listening to right now? :teeth: 2nd time too :o I do think he did a good job on all the songs. The only one I am not too keen on is Joy to the World, but I decided I don't like that one unless sung buy a choir. He does pretty much every thing else justice :)

Bethie, I'm not askeered of anything. But if it involves Drew or Abba I will so be out the door.

Don't know anyone named Drew and I can't imagine Abba showing up at WDW!!!!! Besides, Like Lily said--We'll take care of you! TRUST us!!!! I promise we'll take REALLY good care of you!!!! :teeth:

Love the Turkey cookies!!!

I want to know if it's Clay's Christmas CD, too, Lainey! I buy at least one new Christmas CD every year and was hoping he'd have one.

What's AR, American Roadkill? :rotfl:

Lainey sneated!! Yes, we are planning on joining you folks on the 7th. We're open as to time and place........5ish? 6ish?? Pecos Bill's Cafe? Columbia Harbor House? Cosmic Ray's? Plaza Pavilion? Pinocchio Village Haus?

Did Clay include O Holy Night? That's my all time fave......

5ish to 6ish sounds good to me ;) In short doesn't matter which :) As long as they have a kids meal, I'll be good. I think that's what I'll be eating most of the time there this year!

Yep, Clay sings O Holy Night. One of my favorites as well. He sings it beautifully.

Sort of related... Pam... on that thread of yours about the songs, I saw your story with the song I'll Be Home For Christmas... first of all  And I feel the same way about that song now

I figured that is what you bought. :teeth: I'll pick it up, then. I love Christmas music. So glad to hear he does O Holy Night.....that is my all-time fave. :)

Beth, :rotfl: AR is Amazing Race. :teeth:

Time is fine, any place is fine, any meal is fine--oh wait, not! No fish.

I didn't know AR either.

JRKaren, no fear...remember I'm kinda shy. No big outward displays here. I've been fillin' ya in on all I know already. I'll keep up the flow of info...really.::yes:: I'm figuring we will be Ya Ya dancin' on over to JellyRolls after dinner unless the plan is to do that on the way out of JellyRolls. Or, wait, yes! Both!
Sherry, you will have such a great time at the game. I'm happy for you and family!

Soon as I get home tonight, it's pack the gym bag and head out with DH. Busy, but this one is a good busy. I need that gym.

El Pirata Y El Perico (if it is open) would be my wife's first choice. Columbia Harbor House or Pecos Bill's is good. We've never tried Pinocchio's before. We're pretty flexible about food.

I am a bit predictable in that way, aren't I Sherry? ;) And yes, Josh Groban's new CD out on the 30th will be bought by me as well :p

Lily, hate fish myself... won't touch it.

John is going to kill me... I really absolutely dislike tacos... pretty much anything Mexican and myself usually don't agree ;) I've eaten at the rest of them, and really one isn't that much better than another in my opinion. I was quite happy with the selection at Peco's Bill's the last time I went. The others are fine as well... usually the Wooden Boy ;) is a bit busy when I've gone in there.

Cookies are done.....guess I'll pass on all the other "talks" ;)

They are yummy!! But I added some chocolate chips, of course :teeth:

Pecos Bill's and the Mexican place share a dining room, so you're off the hook. This time.

I was wondering if we may want to have a meet on Sunday or Monday with as many Ya Ya's and others somewhere. Like an over the counter place or a food court, or something like the MK railroad or a Safari or something like that. We could post that on the meet board. Any ideas? Good or bad idea? Just asking.

Dave you did such a great job before organizing the Prime Time meet you should do it again ;) but not before the 8th :teeth:

:rotfl: Yes, I knew would be there spreading your great wisdom and your knowledge of applicable websites :teeth:

Evening, all

Busy day off...went to raise heck at Verizon. MOm went in last month, told them she wanted the same phone # as her land line, 6month contract that was advertised...she walked out with a 2 year contract, they didn't show her anything about her phone, CAMERA phone, and it was USED! I went and got uppity with them.
They were giving her grief that they weren't going to take the phone back...and after I raised the stink, the woman had the nerve to say to my mom that if she wasn't happy with THIS phone, she had 30 days to exchange it. Hello? She had the original USED phone for 20 days and you didn't want to take that one back!

Sorry for that long rant-just wish I'd added her to my AT &T plan.

Mammoth Cave meet? Sign me up!

Food for meet-love Columbia Harbor, Pecos is good, but at MNSSHP both were closed. Pinnochio was, too, but I'm not a fan of that place. We ate dinner at Cosmic Rays twice.

Nancy-those cookies look yummy. Mom is giving me 6 jars of peanut butter that she'd been holding for events at the community-think I'm gonna be making a lot of peanut butter cookies!

Elaine-hugs to you, sorry that things are bringing you down.

Karen--NO MORE DOGGIE BATHS. You live where it's warm-give the boys the dog, the hose and a plastic tub (6 bucks at walmart) and you're done.

Liz-Leg has good and bad days. I had a few days there where I took the painkillers-they were surprised at work that I did it. There's a bright side to the delay in surgery, tho. When the aquisition of the stores goes through, my insurance changes and I only have to pay $100 out of pocket. I still have to get approval, though!

Dave, PM me about food meets...have some info for ya;)

JRKaren, what's wrong with ABBA? They've got killer harmonies!

Anyway, getting sleepy here...Mom worked me hard today...but the house is looking good. We need to get the new furniture in there, though!

Good night!
