I don't mind working extra hours too much because it's extra money, but I do feel like I've been working a lot of extra hours this year, but considering I've made close to $2000 in OT this year, I really shouldn't complain. More tip money to spend at my bar I'm having a feeling I'm going to need to be bribing a piano player or two in Dec.

Elaine, I usually prefer not to work on Sundays either, but I have plans to go out with a friend of mine on Saturday, so I have to work Sunday. I'll probably work six or seven hours, so that's a pretty good chunk of change with two Disney trips coming up

Karen, I have to admit, it is more of a church thing than anything else with working on Saturdays. In HS/college with my PT jobs, I always made sure I was able to go to either Sat night or Sunday mass.
That is a nice chunk of change with OT... no way they'd let us work that much (I was lucky to get what I did when I did )

I am tired... going to bed soon I think.

Elaine, it's funny because I'm trying to figure out the best time to fit in mass this weekend. I don't know if I'll be able to make it to Saturday mass, and I want to be in work early on Sunday. My church is starting a 5:30 mass on Sunday's this weekend, so I'll probably go to that one if I don't make it to mass on Saturday.

Whew... family here all day yesterday. When you're used to feeding three people, then suddenly have 13 to deal with, it kinda throws off your groove. Did ya know that it takes 18 eggs, an entire pkg. of bacon and 4000 Mickey waffles to feed that many kids?!?

Hey, I met hubby, (he was the entertainment at a Valentine banquet... hee!) and was baptized in a teeny little Baptist church! No matter where I go, that will always be home to me.

Crunky is making me crazy. He can't seem to make up his mind. He won't eat for two or three days, seems as though he's checking out, then suddenly snarfs half a can of food and bounces outside to bark at the world. I think he's just messing with me.

OH! OH!!! Tom found my Viggo!!!! He was laying in the back lawn!! We don't know why. I haven't been out there with my keys, so I have noooo idea why he was out there. Tom said he looked so lonely and forgotten. All covered in dew and grass. He picked him up, brought him in the house, cleaned him up, warmed him by the fire and said he gave him a kiss for me. I'm not sure I wanted to hear that part actually, but... well... ahem.... never mind.

Tired Ya Ya checking in. Did my yard sale today. Decided to close up early. I am soooo tired. Made some $$ for Disney Dollars, though. Gonna do it again tomorrow, hopefully. They are predicting rain, so we'll see.

Got some WONDERFUL NEWS today too!! My SIL is pregnant!! Well, we are sworn to secrecy (my MIL told us anyway! LOL). My SIL doesn't want to tell anyone until the dr. checks her, but the test was positive!! WOO HOO! I'm gonna be an aunt again! We are sooo hoping for a girl....esp. girl twins! (This SIL is DH's twin! LOL)

Gonna lay down and relax for a bit. We're taking the boys to see Shark Tale this evening.

Junior is picking up my vanbaby right now!! YAY! So glad they finished so quickly.

Reno was fun and relaxing. Saw a great show....cirque-like, but a lot less money.

Our "mountain" is rumbling and spewing, so we are glad we made it home last night.

Whew!! What a day!!! Good news is, we made the deadline and all the gov't orders got delivered before the end of their fiscal year!! Bad news is, they are still rebuilding in Pensacola, so we can't do the installation for at least another 2 weeks. Boss took us out to lunch to celebrate and it was totally YUMMY!!!

Welcome home, Nancy! Glad to hear Reno was relaxing for you. Been hearing about that mountain rumbling......
