Nancy--the old guys are voting off all the young, strong good looking guys. This time it was John P (and it cost me 20 points on the fantasy league). Sarge wants Rory gone but they are going to get rid of some "threats" first.
Twila and Mia got into it. Mia has quite a mouth and it got her voted off.
They had 2 challenges, 1 for fishing stuff and the other for immunity. The guys won so they competed for the immunity. John k won--then they sent him with the girls to pick a girl to give immunity to as well, he picked Amy.
But each team had to vote someone off so it was Mia and John P.

Okay it took me a while to realize Deena was doing all Survivor talk

I'm heading to bed... feeling worse than earlier, unfortunately. I left Luis down to play on his computer and so I am just going to get in bed w/ the TV on and sleep away.

Oh, it was funny though... Luis actually picked an Olrando Bloom movie to watch with me tonight (Ned Kelly)

all my Ya Ya friends! Just checking in from sunny West Palm Beach. Yep, I'm back on the East coast again, I think . Feel like I've covered the entire state.Will all of you with the cooler weather please send some this way. Working in a parking lot, AGAIN! It's a bit much. Poor people here have really taken a beating 1st from Frances and then Jeanne just wiped them out. The stories are real sad

Ok, tatoo update ! I did it Wasn't bad at all. Tattoo is on my right ankle. It's a yellow rose with the stem going through a heart. It is really neat! Can't believe I did it. Co worker that went with me took lots of pics and soon as I can get them developed I'll post some of the tattoo and pics I have taken along my travels thru Hurricane damaged Florida.

Must go, 11:30 pm and have to get up at 5:00 for another long day in the lovely KMart parking lot.

Not sure if we're doing the yard sale today or not. Looks like its gonna rain. Plus, I forgot to set the alarm, and slept longer than I had planned.

Might go to Oktoberfest tonight to see Richard Marx if it doesn't rain.

Nancy is home! I heard about your mountain. Crunk is hanging in there. Barely I think. He's still trying though and that's the aspect of all this that is so hard!! I don't think he wants to go, I think his bod is just giving up on him. He still tries to eat on occasion. Still tries to do the things he's always done, but he just can't quite manage it. Poor baby.

Hi Lily! Yep, Viggo escaped and made it as far as the back yard. I have several suspects. It's either the Walmart hussy gang... or one of the many store clerks and waitresses I've run across over the past several months that have tried to run off with him. OR.... and this is the most likely of suspects. I think my dog Minnie may have a thing for him. Methinks, he fell off my keyring somewhere in the house, and she took him and ran. Brazen little wench.

Sounds like our Memorial Day DIS breakfast. I've never seen kids eat so much.

Didn't do the yard sale as it looked like it was going to rain. Good thing, too, cuz about an hour after my SIL left, it started pouring.
Still raining and its chilly. Not sure about Richard yet. They say it will clear up later today, so we'll see.

HI there my Ya Ya friends! It is raining here and I am not happy. Neither have anything to do with one another, but it must be the kid of day I am going to "enjoy."

Sherry, hooray for your SIL. Twins! If so, I hope she can handle it. I used to say I feel like I had twins and they were 5 years apart!! Smart that you decided to cancel yard sale. I just brought some bakery to our rummage sale and I know they will not be doing much as it is really raining here. Oh well I suppose we will have bakery all over the place at work Monday. We are doing the rummage sale to raise dollars for our Relay for Life group and American Cancer Society.

So, how was Shark Tales?

We went to see Ladder 49 and I thought it was quite good. When we were leaving the movie, a real Ladder 49 was parked out front with the lader extended. It was quite a show. The local fire guys were enjoying the opportunity to "show and tell."

Tina you and DH would like that I guess. He is a fire guy, no?

If anyone would like to share their rain I would be more than happy to take some. Have not had any rain here in months. The clouds come and just tease us. At least it is below 100 today and is starting to cool down at night.

Lily I asked Jack about going to see Ladder 49 and he said he would probably wait until it comes out on DVD. They had a special preview for the firefighters here in town and Jack gave all of the tickets to his guys. If they were working that day they can still see it for free later on.It is hard to watch a movie like that with him because he will point out all of the flaws(I hate that).

Rose Mary sorry you are stuck in another parking lot. Can't wait to see the pics of your tattoo.

I have some good news. Jack said we can go to Disneyland this month. Jessica has fall break oct 11-15. I have my DR appt on the 12th so will plan around it. Guess I should start planning. Just can't decide on hotel. When I look on-line it looks like GC is available only one night. I probably should call. I don't know.

I know how it is to go an hear about all the flaws in a movie My DH does it all the time....and DS is worse.

DL!! A couple weeks later and we would be there.

We aren't affected by the mountain....it is too far away from us.
They are saying a 70% change it will do something. And that something will be small to medium. Last time it was huge and we only could hear it.
But travelling through there was a mess...
I guess even the small stuff is affecting air travel

Just got back from neighbor's clambake. It is real clambake weather out there tonight. Crisp. We had a good time. It is always fun to visit with our friends. I am kind of off my game though, so it wasn't a good day for me for anything. Hoping I can catch some zzzzs and get up on the better side of things tomorrow.

Stayed home from work yesterday & goofed off all day then we went to the 'woolfest'(Big Crafty thingy)

Today we went to a street sale and got Mandy a hamster... .....

Just got back from playing in a euchre tournament and got all bent out of shape...My mom beat me in the round robin tournament.... ...I should've stayed home tonight.. ...feel free to ignore, like i have done many previous times to lots of people... ....Just needed to vent & Amanda is sleeping... ...

Morning!

Had a fun, busy day yesterday. We ended up not seeing Richard, though. It was just too cold and icky, and by the time we ate, it was almost time for the concert. We did stop at the new Eatza Pizza that opened Friday. YUMMY! And we had fun playing at the arcade. Had a bunch of tickets, and 3 of the boys ended up with harmonicas. They are driving me nuts. Oldest DS got a whoopie cushion.

Todd, a hamster? The cats will like that. Sorry to hear you lost your tournament.

Lily, Shark Tale was a cute movie. Not as funny/good as Shrek or some others, but it was good.

Gotta go jump in the shower and start getting ready for church!

Cold morning. Finally gave in and turned on the heat. Cranky and a bit tired... OSU lost and that put me in a foul mood late last night (really this morning). Gotta get ready for church though.
