For me, it is similar to you dona, and not having a schedule or routine. We tend to go out to eat more on the weekends, and I usually grocery shop sunday morning, so saturdays the fruit and vegie supply can be a bit low. If there are still too many fruits and vegies left, it usually means I didn't eat well during the week. I usually get up and do a one hour watp video on the weekends.Question of the Day
What is your biggest obstacle to staying healthy on the weekend?
We are heading out to western mass for my niece's birthday party, and my son is going to sleep there, while I come back home for a work post holiday party. I'm planning to have one piece of pizza at the bday party, and the work party is tennessee bbq, which doesn't sound too healthy, but they are having baked sweet potatoes, and cucumber salad, and If I stick with the bbq chicken I think I'll be ok.
