Well, having surgery late in the day SUCKS.....can't eat, can't drink, hmmmm, maybe I'll go SHOPPING! Still have to find some slippers.

hI hO... the weekend was mega beautiful... the boys scouts camped and I ran back and forth with things they forgot, plus has a very nice visit with friends over a very nice meal... then Sunday the boys got back at 10 and we had to leave at 11 for an arena football game... it was interesting , not as much fun as a regualr football game...


anyway it is lunch time at work so i am checking in to say hi and see what is going on with everyone one..

So PD for OF's 'puter, Hi Danauk .. glad tnat today was more "up" then before..

just spoke with ibouncetoo , she is resting and gettting ready to leave for the hospital.. it has to be very very difficult to sit around all day waiting for go the hospital for surgery.. but she shound very upbeat and ready.
How are all of the babies??? ..

geffric, OMG, I missed all of ibouncetoo's surgery details... I feel like such a skimmer.....(I actually posted a good luck PD post on the other thread)

Tonight I will start the Microsoft call...I will be thinkung of ibouncetoo when I try to sit....OUCH...

TagBabyIan got 4 shots today. He was not very happy... BUT, he was 11lbs 12 oz, and in perfect shape. the Dr. said we should be quite happy...He is getting bigger and still quite the happy baby....

Good afternoon everyone - I went to work today for a 1/2 day and my mom watched BabyKatie - she is doing so much better . She is beginning to eat some and get her strength back. Tomorrow she is going back to daycare and I will work all day. Thanks again everyone for all the PD!!

ohanafamily - It's good to hear that TagBabyIan got a good check-up from the Pediatrician. It's so sad when they have to get shots - kinda makes you want to cry right along with them. Stephanie used to be great w/ shots, but now that she is 6, she is horrible - it takes 2 nurses and me to hold her down. She wants no part of them .

Danauk - thanks for asking about BabyKate, she is doing much, much better!! . I've been meaning to ask you, and I keep forgetting, how is the waterpark going here on the island? Is is almost done? It'll be great when it's finished!!

ibouncetoo - Good Luck with your surgery - here's tons of PD coming your way In all seriousness - take care of yourself, and get well soon


geffric - Hi!!! The weather has been wonderful here hasn't it!!! I actually got really sunburned yesterday - I burn so easily. I took the girls for a walk so Katie could get some fresh air and then I sat outside w/ her for awhile. I guess I better start wearing the sunscreen!!

- so The Phantom of the Opera movie was good - I really want to see it. We didn't get to see it at the Movie Theater, so I'm looking forward to seeing it on video. Now that you have seen the movie, you will have to go see the play - you'll love it!!!

Thanks DANA for the Bristish news!! I thought I read the Queen would not attend. And I don't understand the blessing either. Glad they received it though. What do you think of this whole wedding thing??

Off to start the day. Been having some friends with real difficulties in their lives this week. Been busy cooking dinners, shopping and driving them places. Taking a friend shopping just to get out today (she had back surgery) then I will come home and rest. I am pooped! Maybe I can get Lauren down for a nap with me. Keep your fingers crossed!!

Good morning everyone!!

I had yesterday off of school (Gotta love those bad weather days! Especially when it's GORGEOUS outside!!), so my friend and I went and saw "The Pacifier." That was pretty funny! But it was kinda weird and some parts because my friend and I would laugh at parts and no one else in the theatre would laugh! Anyway... later on I had a meeting for Venturing (the older and co-ed version of Boy Scouts) out at a local lake, so we walked around that. It was a really good day overall!

I have to go, so PD to all who need it and congrats to all of the good news!

Good morning, no work today as DS has to go to the dentist. The job is fine the people are real nice but I'm glad it's only temporary. The come for the home visit next week for my child care license so that's good. Have spagetti sauce on the stove cooking and having my third cup of coffee while dissing. And blessedly the house is quiet! Now I wish I had a hershey bar with almonds.

Hi everyone,

How is everyone doing today? I have just got in from work. I am more upbeat about my job at the moment because I am resigned to the fact that the boss will not do anything about the naughty kids and their actions are so ridiculous at the moment it is laughable. The staff involved with those kids now just laugh at the whole situation and we tend to keep oneanother laughing. My assistants are great, they remove the kids from class and keep them occupied. It is a shame they can not sit with the kids who would appreciate the help, but at least this way I am able to teach and the good kids can learn in peace.

Cheeringmom my opinion on the royal wedding. A bit mixed really. I'm happy for them but I think he should have married her in the first place like he origionally wanted to. But as he didn't then it changes things a bit. I don't think he should become king though, I think it should go straight to William. After he admitted he committed adultery I don't think he should become head of the Church of England which is what the monarch is. But then the Church of England was founded by King Henry VIII so he could get divorced. So it is all a bit messed up really!! But the way the Queen is, she will live a long life like her mother did so the crown will probably go straight to William anyway.

ohanafamily how is the computer today? I hope you have things fixed.

The water park is coming along well. The boys had a few problems, but it should be opened in a week or so.

OK, I need a little PD today, I finally gave up on getting my server back up at 4:30AM, got about 3 hours sleep, came into work and found out one of my co-workers passed away last night. He was 79 years old, led a full life, and was happily married. He was a very reserved person, but he was so alive. Just yesterday we were talking about the workmanship on a ring. Not sure when the funeral is, or if we'll be closed.... I am tired and sad... Mind if I grab some Solace-Chocolate?

I called her house this afteroon but no answer, a hour later my phone rang and I
spoke with her big sister.

THE REPORT.....the surgery well went, she is feeling fine. The Doctors want her to stay in the hospital 1 more night then she will be home tomorrow. She will have the test results tomorrow before she goes home
