Am I being thick but my profile doesn't show my you first no or my status. I emailed and they told me I was gold byt that was with 3 night stay for September which I have cancelled. Logged on again to site tonight and still nothing that shows my no or status.

many of us have posted there and talked about our issues of not listed as the correct level.
most of us on platinum level got demoted to member only which has no amenities.
after sharing emails, we realize it was a computer glitch in the change over from the loew first program to loews youfirst program.
i suggest you send an email to the address link in your profile section on the loews youfirst program.
that is what most of have already done.
within a reasonable amount of time, we individually received a corrected email from loews explaining our status and the correction of our listing.
eventually, yes, the glitches will work themselves out.
but if you are concerned like we were, send an email.
it appears loews has worked on the members that have sent the emails in quite promptly.
