A little Charlotte has found some way to get INSIDE my TV screen. She appears to no longer be breathing. I can't figure out how to ahh remove the body? Any suggestions? Thank-you!

Could we have a pic please? Not that it would help but it would sure be entertaining...
BTW-call the helpline or customer svc for the set, you'll at least get a laugh and they may be able to help!

Well...I guess we know who hasn't been dusting the inside of their t.v. lately now, don't we! ;)

That is hilarious! No advice, but thanks for sharing.

LOL! That happened to me too! We moved from NY to Fl 4 yrs ago and movers brought our 60 inch big screen tv. To do so, they took the back off before loading it into the truck. Apparently a spider went into the to body of the tv, and when the movers put it back together, they locked the spider in the tv. My husband didn't come down for another two weeks- so when I turned the tv on there was a weird squiggly line in several places across the screen. I went so far as to start the process of filing a claim against the moving company. However when dh came, he took it apart and found it full of spider webs! Once they were removed the TV picture was fine. I did call the moving company to let them know I was not filing the claim!

You guys are not too much help! :lmao:

I have not been dusting (what a silly job, it just comes right back ya know) And besides I need my Dis time!

somehow she found her way between the outside cover and the picture part? I have no idea how to post a picture or I would. I don't know how to take the cover off. It doesn't seem to have any screws.

Ya know what is really funny? DH and DS have been watching hockey all night on the TV and neither of them have even noticed! (that may be telling about my cleaning skills too ;) )

What makes you think it is a female spider??? ;)

I'd bet it was a male, you know how they like to veg in front of, er, inside the TV. :rotfl2:

This is too funny!!! Good luck getting her out!!

As for the Charlotte part.... I immediately picked up on that. :thumbsup2 Cute!

You are so right it must be male! :happytv:

I'll rename him Charley. He is still there this morning. Just sort of holding on - I still can't figure how to get him out. Poor guy.

I've already got cats.

What comes after the cats?

I guess DH will be taking the back off the tv this weekend. he'll love that honey do job!

OK here is an update.

I rolled the TV out and sort of shook it and Charlie feel to the bottom. So while I still can't get him out at least he is not in the middle of the screen.

What a way to spend my days off?! :lmao:

Oh we have a dog too. No more animals please!
