Weird Booking

I had a wait list for VGF lake view Studio for December. As it was really hard to get we redid our plans and are now planning Easter 2016 instead so I deactivated the wait list.

The deactivated wait list is showing in my deactivated wait lists and has been for about 1 week.

However, yesterday it also started showing as a confirmed wait list. I also have an upcoming booking with a reservation number and a number of points associated although the points have to been taken from my total. i can't access this booking to cancel it.

Being in Australia I find it hard to call as MS opens after i have gone to bed. I have emailed them and asked them to cancel this reservation if it even exists.

Never seen anything so strange but isn't it typical that it is my deactivated wait list that is filled.....

I just talked to MS about something similar. A couple of weeks I booked a resize over the phone and in the middle of it she said it was doing something strange and wasn't taking the points off. So she cancelled it and started over with another one that worked fine.

But now I show two identical reservations but with two different numbers. However the points were only taken once. When I called today to "cancel" the duplicate, MS couldn't see it at all. She only saw one reservation. She said they having been having lots of system issues which should be resolved soon (we shall see).

So not sure if you call them that they will even be able to see what you're seeing. Very strange.
