Week of May 4th WISH Walking/Running Club

Lynnda - Good Luck!!!

BillF - psssstttt....I think maybe Lynnda needs a Garmin 405 fo Mother's Day. ;)

Caitsmomma - GOod ot see you on this thread! I'll have to go check out your bio!

Ok here is my realy post that I couldn't get in yesterday. (My comcast broadband going in and out isn't helpful either.)

RoyalCinderella: :welcome: , Glad the Princess Half will work for your schedule I don't think it is going to for me.

Maura: Glad to see you were giving you legs a rest - kinda wish I could do that but with my Saturday 5K racewalk open event it just couldn't ahppen. Thanks again for the "tour"!

AmyBeth: "Coreleader" hehe. I'm gonna be at the DL Half also - can't wait to see you again in CA!!

French Lady: :welcome: Glad to have you on board.

Angie: CONGRATS on signing up for the FULL in Jan. I'll be scream teaming for the full and doing the Half and maybe the 5K with my Mom. Nice pic of you and Amy at the finish line.

Cam: I was in marching band in HS and college. I have done sideline pit, marched alto sax, flag and rifle and did 2 seasons of winterguard. It's definately a great time and great memories. I marched in the Dublin St. Patrick's Day parade - WHAT A BLAST!! I would go back to Ireland in a heartbeat!

Jeff: I'm still on a low knowing I won't see you at the DL Half :sad2: :sad1: ok I know I need to get over it, but I jsut can't right now. I feel the same about the affection of DOGS!! I Like LOST last night - things are heating up and we learned more about John Locke!!

Michelle: Hey us doing FL 1/2 at around the same pace - cool. I will let you go by me at some point because I probably won't be able to keep up for that long.

Dana: How is your dog?? Keep us up to date.

Jean: Yea, I heard that at the start line of the Minnie "Wish foundation is in attendance today." I giggled to myself. I guess that happens alot.

Cruella:
NICE CAKE - yummmmmm. Is ther chocolate in there, hmm??

Dave: Your goin to WDW, you'll be in the zone - go enjoy epcot and the flower and garden show. It'll be great and somewhat relaxing.

Gortman65: :welcome: to you and your wife. I'll see you guys at the WDW 09 Half!! Yes, more wishers halfing it!

Debra: Well, I can't talk you into the Princess Half because I can't talk myself into it either. TIme if the year (spring break and high season) and so close to the WDW marathon weekend. I am also not sure what my 5K Open racewalking event tomorrow means either??? I was invitied so I signed up last week. Last night I did a 5k practice trying not to look at my Garmi and did a 13:58 pace which is pretty good for me. (dring this race you cannot wear any kind of timing or pacing device) Get a Garmi - you know you want one!!
No "Trashing" for me this week, but I'm so glad I did the training because it helped on those overpasses at the Minnie.

Bill: I have a Purple Martin house in the backyard and they have babies. They have started to dive bomb us. They didn't do that last year, but this year, whoo watch your head!!

Well, for me, I did a practice 5K last night to get ready for tomorrow morning. Felt pretty good, shins alittle bit sore but not bad. Today I did some pool work. DId a few laps and a bit of joggin in the pool. Have a good evening.

Aloha Jeff: Oh, I've been running, I have, even if I'm so slow that it would seem like I was standing still if you were next to me! And forget about your Guru Les! :lmao: FWIW, yesterday's run was 4 miles in about 45 minutes. (See what I mean by slow.) And it's the running that kills my memory, I'm sure of it. I've read the stories about Mooshu, and remember most of them (including her posts), but just need the dirty details for my own evil purposes. As for Les, you just look him in the eye. It's good for you, like vegetables. (Not that I wouldn't be hiding behind you if I were at the clinic...do as I say, not as I would do. :rolleyes1 )

Our economic stimulus check is going to defray moving costs, but I'm pretending we used it to register for ToT. (We have yet to register, so that pretense is hard to maintain.)

Betsy: Oh, I'm no help with the accountability on the wine. Wine, especially red wine, is always on my exceptions list. Good for the heart. Besides, you did very well with the fish fry.

Tricia: So glad you had a long, relaxing walk with your friend. Much better than work meetings, IMO!

Carrie: I'm afraid proximity to ice-cream stores is a non-negotiable item on the relocation. And--eat your heart out--I live within walking distance of 6, that's right 6, ice-cream stores! You don't really think I'm leaving this nirvana, do you? And I refuse to believe that January will be a stonker for you--not if I'm going to witness your greatness! (Not to mention meeting you and Scott, maybe even volunteering at the same water stop). I've always wanted to be someone's good-luck charm, so I deem it so for you!

You really got right back into your exercise groove--1 day off? And then to give the advanced yoga class a try? I think I'm a permanent beginner and enthusiastically embraces my inner child pose.

Angie: You know, I almost believe that you owe Disney $ for helping you create so many good running memories. Oh, wait. That's not right, considering how much you've already given them. Maybe they owe you a free Goofy 2010. (C'mon, join the long-term-planning crowd....)

Cam: It's so cool that you and Rhonda have "found" each other--and you and Patricia have--in ways similar to the way Mel and Jen have. It's not quite the same as you and Howard, but I'm all for positive healthy relationships being celebrated. You're like a WISH-training buddy ambassador! I hope your C25K W3D3 goes well and that you kick booty with the upcoming Spring Lake 5!

And yay for the fact that Howard's almost finished with his program and the degree is in sight. Of course, his post-degree plans don't sound like he's going to relax one bit--he'll just be doing more of the things that he loves. And there WILL be training for the Goofy!)

Patricia: Happy (belated) birthday! :cheer2: :dance3:

Cecilia: That's too bad about the Peachtree, but I'm glad you have some summer races to look forward to. Point of clarification: when you say BIL has asked you to do the runs on his triathlons, does that mean you're his official substitute? (Don't know much about tris.)

Scott: An Inaugural Wish in July??? I don't know whether to say :woohoo: (for the coolness factor) or :scared1: (for the heat factor). I guess it would depend on Bingham--if he can do the heat, so can I? I just got through reading your TRs, and was struck by the following thought: "Gee, Scott & Amy seem to be spending a lot of time drinking? THAT's what I've been missing in race planning!" I don't know if I could keep up, though--Mini Hoops certainly couldn't. :rotfl2: Plus, you managed to lose a pound in the process...that's definitely Scott's world, not mine.

Stephanie: I have to admit, I'm almost as jealous of your June trip as the Minnie trip! Sorry about the running doldrums, but better to be a XT fool than a couch potato fool. Of course, you don't sound like any kind of fool to me...

Maura: I can't imagination you as a non-outgoing/sociable type of person. I just think you're trying to avoid publishing the wild goings-on that are in your TR! Btw, I think your recovery time is phenom!

Shan: I've already tried to convince you to keep hanging out here, regardless of your running plans (peer pressure, peer pressue), so I'll be quiet on that issue. BIG CONGRATULATIONS to your DDs. Your 10yo runs much faster than I do, and I couldn't be happier for her! And your DH did okay, too. :upsidedow

Joan: So...do you hate the elliptical more than lawn mowing and gardening? (See, that's beyond my imagination!) Thanks for the reminder on International Fair Trade Day.

Bride Michelle: About the dress...I say as long as you're still having fun shopping and not stressing about it, keep doing it! Builds the anticipation & the bridal party memories! :goodvibes I love the idea of Pilates muscles--long, lean, strong; I hope to get there. I don't know, I think your mom might like pilates [echoing Lily & Amy here] or even yoga. Or she might try some weight training. My FC has classes in all these things that are designed for beginners and/or seniors.

I also loved your description about being in the zone of running. It's happened to me before, but rarely. It's one of those goals for me, being present in the running moment. And so I appreciate it when others describe their moments for me. P.S. I like Bride Michelle as a name--it marks a very special year for you!

And pepper spray in the bedroom??? Man, I am SO vanilla.

Leana: Wow, that weather. I'm amazed at how quickly, and well, you acclimated to Florida. I just read your RRs. That self-corral idea for the 5K had to have been annoying for you. I think you had a good time for the 5K given the race conditions and your shins, and I think you will hit a sub :30 soon. About the 15K....it really is too bad that the final Minnie was essentially a promo for the Princess 1/2. As far as your race, WTG with shaving 5+ minutes off and getting through that early part of the race! :woohoo:

MSDave: Yay for being through with your finals (and hopefully grading) and for going to WDW next week--err, I mean conference with some Disney downtime! You should be able to deduct that, right, if you haven't already gotten funding for the trip.

Allie: Boo, hiss on the January news (even though I knew that already). You amaze me, being able to train without a Disney event in sight; I'm not sure I'm at that point yet. What's more, you're keeping up with the hill training AND outing your sweet running self in your neighborhood. (I try to avoid both.)

Lily: Great to have you back! And I loved reading your XT WO details and that it's fun. That's so inspiring to hear!

Gortman65: Welcome--you realize that it was your Monty Python reference that got you in? :rotfl2: I think your WR plan is perfect for you--it'll help you finish & give you chances to take plenty of pictures at the half!
(Something I regretted not doing enough of last year.)

TXAng: You're NOT a slug (and Carrie doesn't have the attention span of a gnat, either). You're building up the strength, mental and physical, to take on W4D1 again. I've been there--sometimes you need that extra day.

Jen: Just checked out your blog. Congrats on following your quilting & sewing passion by opening an online ebay store. (Pssst....that's a PSA for all you sewing folks!)

Kevin/Z: Welcome home. I can't imagine how happy you and Kristen must be!! :cheer2:

MB Michelle: I'm not scheduled for the DL 1/2, although I keep trying to talk DOOD into it. Maybe I need to show him a picture of your cake, and then promise him some of your cupcakes? You've got real talent with the mouth-watering sweets, don't you? Of course, you're working all those calories off with your plans. WTG signing up for the sprint! (And it's very cool that you're bringing your SIL to the dark side with you--always room for one more.)

Dana:  for you and your lab. That's scary to see, and I understand your concerns. I hope he's okay and that it's nothing serious. Give him a hug for me, and maybe a treat.

Allyson: That's one busy family schedule--you really have to squeeze in running between your DD's school and activities. :yay: for you and all the moms and dads who accomplish this!! I can't even imagine how tough it must be.

FrenchLady: Ooooh, no hot water after a run. What an unpleasant surprise. I hope the situation is something that is easily and inexpensively fixed.

Mel: Another weekend at Disney? You've chosen your career well, I think! How are things going on that front, btw?

Bill: Can I invoke your name as reason to do the Princess? DOOD has already asked me if members of WISH jumped off a cliff....and I said, yes, because I assumed there would be a finisher's medal if I did so. :rotfl2: As for running by houses...I did do that last week; this week, though, it's touring the inside and I wanted to look presentable instead of sweaty. As it turns out, even if I'd turned up after my LRs I would have still been in better condition than most of the places I've seen.

Gee, it sounds like you're having to watch your back with the Animal Kingdom this week. First, the dental doggie "abuse" and then a potentially mad momma mockingbird. Hope you're running an urban race!

Tracy: That Lost show just keeps toying with the answering questions with more questions, doesn't it? Didn't at one point they say the whole thing was grounded in science? Your 5K pace for walking is so close to my running pace--wow! And you're just another person tempting me to go to DL for the 1/2 & the bling. I WISH I could find room in the budget. :sad2: Especially because I love the Candy Cane Inn; I stayed there for my 39th bday, and they gave me free cookies & balloons! :woohoo:

Just caught this before I posted. You were INVITED to your racewalk? No wonder, you're so quick! :worship: It must be serious if you're not allowed to wear your Garmi. (Awww, it'll be lonely without you.) You're going to rock this 5K, I know it!

Jackie: Great job on your 3.4 mile run--and then being able to mow the lawn. It sounds like that core work of yours is helping you, too! Thanks for the update on Galloway & stretching--it sounds slightly more measured, but not enough to convince me. Even if it made me a better distance runner, I think I'd feel better overall with less tightness in my leg muscles.

Rpsemont: Welcome!!! It sounds like you already have a good walking base to build on for your plans. Not to mix things up for you, but you could probably get into the Jan. 2009 half by going through Anthony Travel or a charity, and I think you'd have plenty of time to train. If not that, the Minnie 15 is going to shift to the Princess 1/2 in March 2009. Yeah, I'm just trying to encourage you to come to Disney events and hang with all the WISHers!

Kristi: I hope Zack like his Fitness U. His schedule sounds like it'll keep you both very busy, even without your 5K plans. Do you have any events lined up?

Amy: :worship: for always being our guiding spirit when it comes to core and Pilates. I'm a better athlete because of your wisdom, patience, and guidance. Plus, you make me laugh regularly, so you're good for my soul.

Stacy: Girl! Welcome to the weekly thread. I'm so proud of you for doing the 5K and immediately committing the the Princess 1/2! You are doing great & I'm so glad your first WISH event has you hooked! :woohoo:

Lynnda: :yay: for the Danskin tri--I know how excited you are for it, and can't wait to hear your RR (and maybe see a pic of Timmy). Btw, I think you NEED an upgrade to help you train for more tris!

As for me: Not much, I'm afraid. Now that it's my first spring in Pgh, I've discovered allergies that I didn't know I had. It makes walking and breathing hard, let alone running and breathing. Don't even ask me about chewing gum at the same time as any of the above! Luckily, it's supposed to be cold and rainy for this weekend's Race for the Cure, which I'm planning on doing with people from my Pgh SP team.

As for the rest--more apartment searching while we wait to hear back on a place. Nothing I'm excited about. On the up side, each day we search I get to try a new ice-cream flavor. Last night's was Ben & Jerry's Cinnamon Bun. :cloud9: Tonight there's no search for houses, as DOOD is at commencement for his institution. In honor of the DOOD's hard work, I'm walking to the local indie theater to see a screening of The Big Lebowski. Duuuuuude!

Leana- I was hoping to be in Québec this August because it's the 400th anniversary of the arrival of Samuel de Champlain and the city will be celebrating; but it's the week where I'm working the graveyard shift (23:30 to 8:00 am) and we don't ask for days off during those weeks. And it's too bad because i've heard that the medal will be special. Zut!!!
So I will be in Ottawa in two weeks to run the 10k on Saturday evening (my first race since the Minnie in 2007) and watch the half- marathon and marathon on Sunday.
Not much to report today. Went for an easy 5k this morning and getting mentally prepared for my long run of 10k tomorrow morning.
Bonne soirée
Diane

I have to admit I was very curious to go to EPCoT with no ADRs or anything, and just see where I could eat. I was planning on walking up to Le Cellier to see if anything was available, but then I don't know if I want to sit for a formal sit down dinner by myself.

Dave - Honestly I don't recommend this approach (been there done that ;) ) and ended up grabbing counter service as I couldn't get in anywhere. This was last Nov during a business trip (1 night in WDW). I'd call WDW Dining and see what's available to at least have a back up plan :thumbsup2. Have fun on your trip :goodvibes

Hi, gang...

Well...I guess I've been bad... off my Jillian plan for lunch today. But in the name of competition, I must say. (and a little for my health). I'm so active, the lower carb plan was taking the weight off (as I said, I think 6 lbs in one week for a 130 lb. person is a lot), BUT...I was starting to get very tired and sluggish. So I broke for lunch today and had a BLT sandwich and fries. I have a triathlon in the morning, and needed to get a bit of carbs in me to 'top off the tanks' so to speak. Will be back on plan after the race.

I had another cookout to go to last night, and brought my own shrimp to saute instead of a hamburger. It was yummy!

Good workouts this week...12 hours, 40 minutes training time (I'm off work this week, so it was easy to do that).

For those who will be at WDW next Thurs (Skywalker and Chimera) send me a pm if you want to try to have dinner at Epcot or Boardwalk. I won't get there until about 7 pm though, so that may be too late to try to get moving around.

I know that Bill answered a lot of my Garmin questions, but I have one more. I set it for my interval training, but is there a way to program it for time AND distance? It rang when my 1/2 mile was up, and then for the 1/4 mile rest, but I couldn't see my pace and I was trying to run a 5:30 pace for my 1/2 mile intervals. Was there something else I was missing? :confused3 It was really helpful to know when I could slow down, but I had no idea if I was keeping pace. :confused3

Jeff: I'm still on a low knowing I won't see you at the DL Half :sad2: :sad1: ok I know I need to get over it, but I jsut can't right now. I feel the same about the affection of DOGS!! I Like LOST last night - things are heating up and we learned more about John Locke!!

Tracy: Maybe you misunderstood my previous that my family isn't joining me due to their school schedule? But I'm still going with running nut friends!!! :cool1: (I re-read my earlier post, and I didn't make it clear that I'm going without my family, and meeting up with friends).

We'll I'm going so I can get my "secret" medal. Mooshu and her mom (our third year), and our friend Karen (her second) are joining me. We're committed to this race as long as they have it. We eventually want our "Perfect 15" rewards, assuming it lasts that long. Year 2020 will be the 15th anniversary, for those of you wondering. :rotfl:

Betsy - GOOD LUCK tomorrow morning!

Diane
- Hope the long 10k run goes well in the morning :)

Debra - Ahhh...Race for the Cure! I hope the weather holds up for you so you can enjoy the event as much as possible...sorry to hear about those nasty allergies. Maybe it will rain before the event and clear up the air a little? I'm really digging the whole look for apartment, eat ice cream deal...makes me want to go look for apartments! (there are plenty available down here in Georgia if you are so inclined...) And yeah...I guess we do drink a bit when we are vacationing (promise that we hold back during the marathon week...at least until it's over LOL). Thanks for reading the reports!

Tracy - Glad the practice 5k went well...I hope things go really great for you in the morning!!

Stacy - Hmmm...the Princess Half isn't until March...don't you think you need a tune up half before then? Like say, maybe in Disneyland?? :)

CB Michelle - Looks like a busy weekend ahead for you...I hope everything goes well! I second the thoughts on Pilates as an incredible strength training program...I bet she might like some of the exercises :goodvibes:

Cam
- Good luck with W3d3 tomorrow! I'm pulling for you to do 15 or better come May 24th!!

Carrie
- If a summer meet cannot be found...we definitely need to organize a late fall/early winter 18-20 miler for the group as a pre-marathon "festival". My offer still stands to have donuts and water if we can get everyone here in Atlanta and run on the Comet :)

MS Dave
- What races do you have planned?? Are you doing Philly or Marine Corps this year?

Jackie - Interesting about the stretching. I'd think the IT band would flare up from not stretching...then you are supposed to stretch if it does flare up...wouldn't that advocate stretching in the first place? (I think I just confused myself :rotfl: )

Amy - Viva Las....oops...sooooo...anyway...super good luck to you this weekend if you choose to get out there and long run. I want to personally wish you a very happy mothers day, you deserve the best. I think the break in the action post-Minnie will do your body some good and I bet you come back stronger than ever next week with the runs. (sounds kind of disgusting). Sorry about posting that video of you on my blog, you know I just adore it so much! You're such a good actress :goodvibes:

Scott's World - Day 2 of the Minnie Marathon Trip Report has been posted on the fancy dancy blog (scojo15.blogspot.com) and yes, there are photos AND a special video for those interested (sorry again Amy). On the training front, I decided to bike the Tour de Neighborhood again tonight. I ended up doing 13 miles (with 3 nasty hill climbs) in 47:37, which turned out to be a 16.4 mph pace. I'm still struggling with maintaining the same cadence as I tend to slow down to about 10mph on the hill climbs and then hit around 30mph on the downhills. I need to study up on proper technique. Tomorrow I'm hoping to get in a 30-40 miler on the Silver Comet and follow that up with an 8-10 mile long run on Sunday.

I want to wish all of the WISH moms a very Happy Mother's Day on Sunday!!

I hope everyone has a great weekend :goodvibes:

I haven't played with the intervals recently but there should be a lap pace page you can watch. Just hit the up/down arrow keys and you will scroll through the different pages. One is custom, one lap, one heartrate (if it detects the monitor) and one overall unless you set it up differently.

Bill

Aloha Jeff: Yes, I did misunderstand your previous post. I am going to get to meet you!! Yeah!!:cool1:  :woohoo: :yay: :cheer2: .
Sorry I won't get to meet the FAM. :sad1:
This is going to be my first DL 1/2 and not sure taht I would make it a habit. I can barely afford driving 3.5 hours to WDW and that's tought due to the gas prices.
I will check out your thread for LOST!!.

Scott: thanks for the good WISHes!! It's getting close to bed time, but this is the hard part, I usually have a very hard time sleeping the night before an event.

Have a great evening everybody!!

Scott: re my ticker. If it were up to me we'd probably be at Disney all week. The 3 folks I'm travelling with though (DH and our best friends) aren't the Disney freaks I am so we compromised. Th-Su at Disney with the Half then we fly Sun-Th to the Bahamas at Sandals. It should be a nice way to relax and celebrate!

Debra: I hope you find a place you like soon! But I guess all the ice cream makes for a good consolation prize as you search. I'm in MA and while I don't have allergies my DH does and they are really bad this year. I have heard many people comment on that. I think all the trees popped at once or something. Feel better!

Me? Well I ran my first mile (actually 1.2 miles if we are being exact) today. 15 minutes without stopping. This is the first mile I have ever run in my life. I was pretty psyched!

Allyson

Thanks, ScoJo!

Tracy, I understand...I'm going to have trouble sleeping tonight, too. But all my gear is together...Have a good race!

Thankx Betsy, you too!! I think you'll be working alittle bit harder than me, so go get your rest - if you can. Can't wait to hear how the TRI went!!

CB Michelle – Where did you order pepper spray from? I’ve been thinking about doing that for awhile now. Also – “in the bedroom”? We probably don’t even want to know what they mean by that!

MB Michelle – That cake is absolutely beautiful! I couldn’t get the link to work. Cupcakes for the DL Half sounds like a fantastic idea! I’m not sure if we’re going to be there or not, but it’s looking like we will probably be able to make it.

Dana – Oh, no! I hope your dog is ok. How scary!

Allyson – Congrats on the 1.2 mile non-stop run! Yay!! :dance3:

Diane – No hot water? Yikes! Well, if the run didn’t wake you up, that shower sure did.

Scott – Aww, Bingham has a new buddy? Glad to hear that he behaved himself. I’m loving your report – it looks like y’all had a lot of fun (despite the bumps along the way).

Mel – Good luck to Kaley! I was in marching band all through high school and loved it.

Bill – Good luck on your race!

Tracy – Nice job on the 5K. Good luck tomorrow!

Leana – Still snowing? It was nearly 100 degrees here today – gotta love the nonstop heat. I’m hoping to do the DL Half, just a couple of logistical issues to work out before I can say yes for sure.

Jackie – Nice job on the 3.4!

Rpsemont – Welcome!

Carrie – Well, at least you tried the more advanced class! I’m SO uncoordinated that I stay FAR away from yoga. I’d end up hurting myself.

Cam – Good luck on W3D3 tomorrow!! Depending on how I feel in the morning, I may give a try to W4D3 in the morning, though probably not nearly as early as you will be running. I’m glad to hear that Howard is in the final stretch!

Amy – Too funny that the pilates question came up, because just this morning I was thinking of asking you for DVD recommendations. Thanks for the info! Can a total klutz do pilates?

Caitsmama – Congrats on finishing your first race! :thumbsup2

Lynnda – Good luck on the tri!

Debra – I don’t think that 4 miles in 45 minutes is slow. Sorry about the allergies – those are the pits! Cinnamon Bun ice cream sounds delightful. Are you really thinking about doing the DL Half? Really? That would so rock. :)

Betsy – 6 pounds in one week IS a lot. Good for you for knowing to take a quick break so you’ll have enough fuel! Good luck on your tri.

Me - I've resigned myself to the fact that W4D1 is a lost cause. I didn't get out last night (Mom and baby bro dropped by and by the time we were done visiting it was way too late for a run). So I figured I'd do a run tonight and one tomorrow (only if my legs are feeling ok, of course) and call Week 4 done.

Then, DH and I were discussing treadmills. With the heat here during the summer, we really need an indoor option. Well, he was talking with our neighbor and mentioned it, and the neighbor said that he has one that he's been trying to get rid of - so we could have it! For free!

It's not top of the line or anything, but it is a lot nicer than what we would have been able to afford to buy right now. Did W4D2 on it and completed it with NO problems. :woohoo: I'm SO glad to have one - it'll be much easier for us to get our shorter runs in now. :)

Good morning team: I'm waking up and fueling up for a LR this morning.

I haven't run for the last 3 days. I need to get more consistent with my training. There's just been so much going on lately with home and work that it's been hard.

Scott- Right now I'm planning on Philly being my marathon this year. Want to come join us? I'm going to try to do some 1/2M along the way too, and I might run my hometime Rochester Marathon in September as a training run (we'll see about that one). Nice job on your biking.

Betsy- You lost 6 lbs in a week. Wow! Congratulations, and yes it does seem like that would be an energy drain on your body. I'll PM you about dinner.

Allyson- WTG on running your 1st mile! :thumbsup2 That's awesome!!! :cool1: Congratulations!!!

TXAng- Free TM! Cool! Nice find. Maybe I should look for one in garage sale season.

Aloha Jeff
