Love the second installment, however, I agree that picked-over buffet is not exactly my idea of a perfect meal. The place looked beautiful though---so at least that was a plus!!

Definitely! It's too bad the place isn't a regular restaurant - I'd probably eat there a lot just for the atmosphere.

My only recommendation is to smuggle in some Mickey waffles. Oh, and the moment they set your food down, start eatin' it cuz you'll never get another chance!

I have to admit, it was all Jensey - I never woulda gone to one myself. But when I heard she couldn't get anyone else to try it with her, I knew it was my sacred duty as her pal (and as an investigative reporter for the DIS.)

I'll have to wait until I get home to post it. It's actually 3 separate recipes, one for the cupcakes, one for the filling, and one for the icing. All from scratch, but not difficult, I promise!
