Neither. The only way to know what the weather will be is by stepping outside at that moment. That goes for most of Florida. Since moving here, I have learned to completely ignore weather forecasts, other than watching hurricanes.
I agree with FortForever. I've lived here 22 years and I find the big weather guys are not accurate at all. You really need to look at a local Orlando news site for weather detail. I live near Tampa and our weather guys are really good at weather predictions for the central FL area including Orlando.
We went to the beach a couple of weeks ago. Weather called for 80% to 100% thunderstorms all day every day we were there. We actually got one thunderstorm overnight one night. Another day, we had a 20 minute downpour with no storming. 100% doesn't really mean 100% here in Florida.
