Hi Queen! I had a great weekend and we now have a new baby boy in the family!!! He is sooo cute - his mum is still deciding on a name. Just wanted to share the news with you!

I'm so glad you got a lot accomplished and hope your luggage arrives soon.

I just bought this new suitcase that has those rolling wheels so it can spin in a 360 direction. It was really, really on sale with a $360 original price tag (like anyone would pay that ) and I just couldn't help myself when I found out it could do a 360.

Make sure you post lots of updates on FB!!!!!!!

I sure hope you're right, I'm getting sick about this whole luggage thing and wondering what I'm going to do if it doesn't....I'll wait until Saturday....if it's not in by then I'll have to use one of my old black ones

I love the 360...I'd be spinning it just cause I could I have a feeling mine has that, but I'll let you know for sure when I get it

I cannot believe you are leaving on the weekend. The last I heard, we are supposed to have sunny skies except for Wednesday of this week when we get some rain. I will put in a good word and tell the rain Gods no rain when my friend passes through my city.

I came home this evening to a bright orange sticker on my door saying they had to disconnect our natural gas because they installed a new meter Apparently letting us know this was happening was too much for Manitoba Hydro I called because they have to come and re-light the pilot light on our hot water tank and they told me they would be here at 8 ... well it's 10:10 as I am typing this and they're still not here

Anyhoodle....another "this time next week" update!!! Mini Montana will be celebrating her birthday on Aug 27 in the world....it's her actual birthday, but Snow White's birthday was in June so we decided both girls should get to celebrate their birthday's so this day was SW's choice for her birthday celebration. She choose.......DHS!!! We are all going to head straight to Star Tours...have to try it out!! Then I'm sure we'll head to RcRC where MM will ride for the very first time...she's finally tall enough! From there it will be ToT which we usually ride a couple of times in a row. We have a lunch ADR at Sci Fi and the girls can't wait! They have never been to this restaurant. We will then head back to the resort for our standard afternoon by the pool to later return to the MK for our Wishes Dessert Party ADR!!! I can't think of a better way for Snow White to spend her "birthday" in WDW!!!

I can't wait to try Star Wars. I want to ride it over and over and over again. It's a big reason we are buying a park ticket next trip and not just heading to Universal instead.

The guy finally arrived just before midnight! I guess there were quite a few trees blown over from the winds yesterday (I didn't think it was that bad but apparently it was) and hit some gas meters so those took priority! At least we got to have nice warm showers this morning!

Me too!! I am going to see what the status is on my order....hope not to see "to be shipped" today! I would like to see "shipped"

I have a funny feeling with Geodoc and Jeff (both Star Wars afficinado's....SP?) we'll be spending quite a bit of time there!!!

Glad your pilot light got relit but... midnight??? I get the priority stuff but you don't need someone with an engineering degree to light a pilot light.

Reminds me of this time we had our furnace serviced. A while after the guy left, I noticed we weren't getting any heat. I checked and sure enough the pilot was out. Luckily there were instructions on how to light it. Un-luckily I couldn't get it relit. I called the guy and he apologized and said that sometimes the pilot gets blown out. He was really puzzled that I couldn't re-light the pilot. I told him everything I'd done. Turn this knob to off. Wait 30 seconds. Turn it to start. Hold the blue button for 60 seconds, etc... nothing.
He again stated that he was puzzled. Was I sure I did it right? I again told him what I'd done.
"Hmmm." Says he, "And it still didn't light?"
I told him no.
Then he says, "So when you held the match over the pilot, nothing at all happened?"
And I said, "Match?"
Nowhere did it say you needed a match... it was just assumed. I just figured that there was some automatic lighter that would spark. Nope. Felt like an idiot... but I did get it lit after that!

I bet MM will love her first go at RnRC! Its DD10s fave ride in all of Disney. DD14 just asked if we could go to WDW for her 16th. That's my girl!

And I'm sure they'll love Sci Fi as well, both my girls really liked it.

Hi there! We've been spending lots of time up at the cottage lately, which has been amazing, unfortunately Bell Canada has been giving us issues with having reliable internet up there, so I've been MIA.

I'm so sorry to hear about your mom. You've all had a rough summer and I'm glad that you had this trip planned to give you something to look forward to and now you can go and relax and recharge, with your dad's blessing. My grandmother passed away just weeks before we left for our trip in 2009 and my grandpa was the same way as your dad...go and enjoy, that's what she would want

On a more upbeat note, I can't believe you go this weekend! So, exciting In case I don't get back on here, have a fabulous time filled with pixie dust I'm very much looking forward to reading all about it when you get back
