Stormalong Bay Cabana Rental w/ friends from another resort?

We are DVC members (blue card if it matters) that are staying at Beach Club in November. Our friends are staying at Pop Century. I wanted to book a Stormalong Bay cabana for a day and have them join us. Will they be allowed in with us?

You have to be a registered resort guest to gain entry to SAB, everyone will be scanned it to prove they’re staying at the resort. So as @thebeachclub said, they have to be listed on your reservation. If you have capacity on your reservation, you can add them so they can get in. Are you at BC Villas or the hotel? If you’re at the hotel, don’t forget the extra charge for more than 2 adults in the room. And you can ask for key cards for them, so you don’t have to worry about fooling with their magic bands at 2 resorts.

That won't work; max of 5 guests in 1 bedrooms (but the 5th guest doesn't get a bed or sheets) at Beach Club. You'd need a 2 bedroom booking or an extra studio at BCV or BC for the day.

Sounds like it won't work out then, unless some of the kids are under 3 so they don't count towards the room totals.
