I was a 3 sport athlete in High school (volleyball, basketball, track) and could eat whatever whenever, butwhen I got to college and stoped sports except intramurals...I gained weight! keep trying girls! try spark people!![]()

I have also started buff brides 3 days a week and cardio the other 3 with a day off. This has made a big difference in my attitude. I realize now that this is possible!!
