We adopted a new dog today!

About two weeks ago I posted about a shelter dog I saw at a weekend adoption at PetSmart. Her name was Emily. Well, I just couldn't get her out of my mind, and after visiting her for the last two weeks, she came home with us tonight! She's sniffing everything and everyone, and right now is sitting on the couch chewing her new bone. Our three chihuahuas have no idea what to make of her. We lost our Golden (she was 14 yrs old)when DS was two and now that he 5 he is wanting a puppy really bad.

We need to make this a #1 one week end and go to the shelters and pick him out a great puppy.


Our neighbor offered us a Great Dane yesterday(9monthsold)but although my DH would love this dog I am afraid our DS would be scared to death of it.
