Hubby and I just graduated from the WDW Sangria University (with honors)! :-)

I just wanted to share some pics. It was a really fun time. The restaurant (Three Bridges Grill and Bar at Coronado Springs Resort) is a beautiful setting and of course the sangria was yummy. Veronica was the cast member that led the class and she did a great job. I do wish she had a head set...trying to hear her through her mask was a little difficult at times.

We were served guacamole and chips with our flight of sangrias. She told us how each one was made, the history of sangria, the back story to the restaurant and other Disney facts. After we had time to taste all the sangrias, we were allowed to make our own based on our favorite flavors.

Years ago when Busch Gardens was still owned by the brewery they used to have a Beer School (with samples of course). I still have my certificate of graduation somewhere. These sorts of things can be very fun for guests and the brewer, vintner, or distiller. I recall that Sam Adams used to do something like this during the Food & Wine as well.

We did this in March and also had a great time. Each party had their own table socially distanced which was nice. I can also confirm the sangria was mighty tasty!

Yes, everyone was socially distanced! It was nice that the restaurant is completely open air.

Yes to Sam Adams (quite a number of years ago) and it was free--first come, first served--had to queue up early when they offered the seminars.

Does anyone know if a non drinker can attend and pay a lower price for other beverages, perhaps juices? Sangria is my husband’s favorite, but I am a non drinker. It would be fun for him but I’m sure he’d pass if it was just him.

You can't be a "sitter" at beverage seminars on the cruise line. I'd be shocked if they let "sitters" go for no or reduced charge. Especially now as you'd be taking a seat from someone who would pay the full price.

You can send an email to enquire but I’d expect they have experience with non-alcohol guests joining. You can still make fun beverages with the other components. The price is likely the same though.

The Be Our Guest podcast said they do have a non-alcoholic version and it is less expensive. I'd have to go back and listen but I was thinking they said there are different versions of lemonade offered. Sounded really great...I made a mental note of it for our upcoming family trip :)

I received a reply to my email yesterday. It asked for our date(s), allergies, anyone under 21, and contact information. They are "fully booked through July", but I'm hoping for either the 24th or 25th.

Interesting since I thought it was a 60-day reservation and we're only to June 10 for that mark.
