WDW Restaurant help for Gluten-free meals

Hi can someone post a link to the gluten free menus mentioned here, I have never heard about them. Also what form do you have to fill in. I have booked on line for my ards and have ticked the gluten free box. Is there anything else I have to do before I go. I have booked dinner in the places below

Kona cafe
Sanaa
boma
planet holiwood

I also have a dinner booked at chef mickey on the 24th dec but its a limo package and I have not given any info to them about gluten free requirements. Who should I contact to give them this info.

Thanks for any help

Send an email to WDW.Special.Diets@disney.com and they will send you all of the documents you need. This includes suggested menus, safe items & where they can be found, as well as the form to fill out to send back to them regarding your reservations.

This department is extremely helpful and very efficient! They responded to my emails within 10 minutes when I sent something during business hours.

Hi, Chell! I recall seeing you post something sometime back about possibly having Celiac. Oh my goodness, Disney dining is the best for those of us with food allergies or intolerances!
I will say that of your choices I have eaten at Cosmic Rays, 'Ohana, and Cape May Cafe since being diagnosed, and had wonderful meals at all of them. Cape May Cafe had a lot of options, but I did miss being able to have the clam chowder, which is one of my personal favorites there. For breakfast I have eaten at Crystal Palace, and chef brought out a couple of homemade blueberry muffins for me that were gluten free and amazing. I don't know if Chef Mickey's will offer the same, but I'm getting ready to find out in about 3 weeks. Some of the restaurants only offer the pre-made, frozen waffles, but others offer fresh made pancakes and waffles.
Also, I've eaten the France chocolate mousse without any issue (but I didn't verify its gluten content beforehand...)

Enjoy your trip, and enjoy your dining!

Thank you! I'm going to eat some mousse then. YUM! I've been eating that stuff since I was 12 years old and have to get it every trip. :cloud9:
