WDW or Universal on New Years Eve?

Help what do you think is best for our kids ages 12, 6, 6 and 4 and my parents? I am feeling to need to start my itinerary in all of its color-codedness but I can't decide which day to go to parks! Also I am having trouble planning which day for whick WDW park being that it's the week after Christmas 12-26 thru 1-2-I am sure it is different than the regular suggestion of when to go! Any tips?

You cant go wrong with either. But plan to get their early as this day is very very popular. You will also need to make PSs at the 90 day mark.
