Wilson and Molly had them summer 2006. Their doctor recommended not to take the vaccine as it can give one a false sense of security. I am relieved they have had them in full force. They stayed with a friend (day before they were spotted) whos kids had the shots and those kids both got them, so what's the point?

I saw a kid with them last week at the Boardwalk @ Santa Cruz. It's still out there.
Lots of kids around here have had them. I just always figured it's just one of those things kids get. I never had them and neither has Tyler yet.

That never stopped us before. Maybe they need folks like you to get the conversations going. I'm happy to have you here so you can talk about it all you want :sad1:

Aaaw, you are sweet. We have a few over there that join in, but I think it is a bit early for most folk. Our bunch, just having got off our wonderful, memorable, smashing, fantastic, special(etc etc) cruise, just kept chatting and wanted to organise things, but Jackie quietened all our enthusiasm saying we were too early!!!

It may be a little early :lmao: It was strange for me when I started on this thread because everyone had been talking for a long time. Maybe you could start out by only talking about cruise stuff :confused3 No one wants to hear about how much fun you had with Gaylean :lmao:

:rotfl2: He says the day he retires is the same day as his funeral. :scared1:

Well that's a waste of his golden years. Tell him I said he should cruise for the rest of his life, it shouldn't be that much longer, right :lmao: Sorry for anyone out there that is 80.

OK everybody, I'm looking for a little help. Tyler's buddy and family are leaving Saturday for 4 days at WDW, then 3 on the Wonder. Mom, Dad, son (6) and daughter (4). The mom, my friend Libby, asked if there's anything I wish I packed but forgot. I told her I can't think of anything, but can you think of anything newbies might want? The kids have never traveled. Mom & Dad cruised on the Wonder about 10 years ago, but nothing since. I told her about duct tape for the closet doors onboard and the over the door shoe organizer for bathroom stuff that some of you folks use. Anything else important that's unique to cruising or WDW?

I mentioned cruising to him one time and he told me he could never afford one. ;) He's the type of person who would go insane with no work to do.

I would have died without my alarm clock because I have to know what time it when I wake up. I also took a small fan and would take it again.

I will keep mentioning you then when you join the thread they will already know you!!!:rotfl2:

:rotfl2: They're one of those families that never do anything without it being all 4 of them together, so no spa for them. Their kids probably won't go to the kids club either because they're so used to the whole family going everywhere together.

That's a good idea  It would be lovely for everyone to say how much they already know about me. Then I wouldn't feel stupid when I jump right in!
