So I'm on the verge of rejoining Weight Watchers online. Almost clicked and joined tonight, but I need to wait until after Christmas shopping. Exercise just isn't working out for me with my knees. So it looks like my only option is to lose weight by better food choices, at least until I lose enough to ease the burden on my knees a little. I've gained back about half what I lost and can barely squeeze into my clothes, and buying a whole new wardrobe is not in the budget, so......have to lose.![]()
I KNOW!!! So do WW online again. It works. I started up again too. I've been adding the exercise bike. After one month I lost 8 lbs. I just started and have had my birthday and thanksgiving weekend since I started. Now we're going away again and when we get back it's Christmas. So I will be taking it easy, but not tracking while on vaca. I'll start up again strictly when we get back home. Hopefully I can maintain and not gain back the 8 pounds. I'm going to try.
You can do it too. WW is easy and it works. All you have to do is shop and have the right foods in the house. Go for it!!
