Talked to my father this morning - looks like my parents are aiming to be here with me the beginning of October, so I have about 1 more month to get the house in better shape. I felt bad this weekend, cuz I helped out over at Will & Mickey's new place (they just bought a house) and did no work at home (other than ). I get to swim in their pool, so that worked for me

Yup! And I bet he'd happily BBQ for all of us too, because that's just the kind of guy he is!

He would too....and he would love doing it. As a matter of fact he will be doing it for all of you when you visit Florida after we move down there. hahaha. For real, you'll have to come over to the house for one of John's BBQs.

What neighborhood did they end up buying a house in? Near you? Or Kissimmee? I'm in the market you know......but only for a rental. I don't want to own anything anymore....especially as we will be getting older.

Monica, will your dad be doing the F&W with us on Sat Oct 1st. Do you think he would enjoy himself?

Ann, will you and Albert be joining all of us too? There are a lot of Thieves that will be doing it together. We always say, the more the merrier!!!

They purchased here in Davenport, too....in a development down RT54/Ronald Reagan. It takes me less than 10 minutes to get there.

YOU better be there and more than just once a year on a vacation. John loves giving dinner parties. You will be invited often. Mickey, mom and Will are invited too. We will also have a pool to jump into. Lots of fun days ahead! I can't wait and really want to move now.

They purchased here in Davenport, too....in a development down RT54/Ronald Reagan. It takes me less than 10 minutes to get there.

Well if I don't get my Doral Woods home in Kissimmee.....then I will be looking in Davenport too. We could have block parties. Do people in Florida do that?

Wish me luck....the boys are back together again and both of them will be living under my roof. EEK!!!!

Kris arrives tonight....as long as his flight is not delayed because of LEE. He's in Gulfport MS and changing planes in Charlotte NC. I think MS is ok now, but NC is going to be getting pounded. It's pretty nasty at my house now too. Lots of rain and damp and dark and yucky outside....STILL!!!!

His plane gets into ABE, our local small Allentown airport, at 10:05pm. So I'll be out in this nasty weather late tonight picking him up at the airport. John will already be sleeping. I better go have some lunch and then take a nap!

Hi

Didn't have internet access this weekend, so I read three books, did laundry, organized the kitchen and bought groceries and a few other odds and ends around the house. Went over to Peg's last night to use her computer and it kept acting up on me so wasn't on for long.

Just spent the last hour (late lunch) catching up on FB and here....whew!

Now...back to work!
