Pearl Unwritten Benefits?

Oh that's good to know. We have done 7 cruises since becoming Pearl and have had the same for all (10:45/2). I just assumed it was automatic. What terminal were you at in PC? I've never sailed out of the alternate one (only the original at PC and also twice out of PE) since being Pearl. I wonder if that has something to do with it.
Yes, the PAT 'window' can vary depending on port, ship, and even specific itinerary.

Funny thing. Our last DCL cruise on the Magic was out of Ft. Lauderdale. DW is pearl (I am Platinum). At any rate, we don't have to be on early as we've done a bunch of cruises and kind of like to get on at 1:30 to be onboard when the rooms are ready. So we had driven down to South Florida and wanted to hit the Disney Outlet and Primark at Sawgrass Mills and did that in the morning and sauntered over to the terminal around 1:15ish. When we checked in and the lady saw that DW was Pearl, her literal first question was if "our flight was late". We said no, that we just took our time getting over to the terminal. She looked at us like we were from Mars...

I'm pretty sure it's automatic, 10:45 PAT, BG 2.

The only problem with BG 2 is when they give all the busses from the airport cards with BG 1 on them when they get off the bus and you're stuck there watching tons of people board before you (yes, this happened to us last February). Other than that BG 2 is great!
The card for bus transfer now says BG 3 so likely not an issue any longer

We did sail again in August and did not have the same issue as we did in February. I wasn't sure if it was a 1 time thing, or something new they were doing, or what?

Ironically DH had a coworker (1st time cruiser) on that cruise with us and he knew she originally had BG 3. He had been telling her how that was really good. Then there we were waiting to board and she was in the mass of people walking on before us. That's how we found out they all got BG 1 cards when they got off the busses.

Every pair of pants I own has a back pocket. Hotel key cards fit perfectly in them. The only time I need to try something different is when I’m swimming. That’s where the magic band comes in handy.

Happy Sunday! Has anyone found that Pearl cruisers get any unwritten benefits? For example, is it possible that Pearl guests might get preferred tables in dining rooms, secondary to concierge? I hope this makes sense. Thank you!
Oops. Old thread

I know it’s an old thread but here’s something pearl might have a benefit for on longer cruises. On my last long cruise a transatlantic they were having cruisers with 20 or more cruises attend a talk in the theater with the performers. Also there were some people from categories 1,2,3 were there. I’m guessing it’s no longer over 20 and probably you have to be pearl now. Anyone on a recent longer cruise Panama Canal, transatlantic. Do they still do this and what is the qualifications now to be able to attend? I will be going on the wish transatlantic next year but it will be my 25th so won’t be pearl until I get off the transatlantic.

I have had the theatre talk on both a 10-night Southern Caribbean and the 16-night transpacific to Vancouver. I know for sure that pearl and platinum very invited, and I think gold was too.

For the 2024 WBTA and 2026 WBPC it was Gold & up.

ETA: There were so many on the 2026 WBPC that they did it on 2 days to accommodate everyone.
