Hi Michelle! Canada is good! Its cooled off quite a bit but still mostly sunny in this area. Supposed to be 25C today, and I told the kids we could go to the lake after work so they could play on the beach, and we'd take some McDonalds out there for supper (I really like their Thai salad ). That definitely got the kids moving this morning to get ready.

Kathe - hope your cold disappears soon, and you'll have fun in Alberta

Jackie - are you back to going swimming at your sister's yet?

Now I should get back to work since break time is over

I was gonna suggest a straw... but perhap a camelbak would be best for nan... that way she never had to do without...

Popping in to say hello! I can easily summarize our camping weekend:
I had a good time.
The girls had a great time.
Ken survived.
Now we are done camping for the year, and Ken has been a good son-in-law, and we didn't argue as much as last year

I just quickly read through the 10 pages I missed:

Deb - on your weightloss and I love Ian's advice to remember that good feeling about putting the too big rings away, so that you can use it to motivate you in the future!

Bubba - For that much money, I wouldn't go to the re-union, unless you are really curious to see how anybody else turned out.

Deborah - your brother's fall sounds scary. Glad he will be okay.

Holly - I love the Apple Dumpling Gang!

Hi everyone, nice to see so many of our group has posted lately

I've been sick with a cold for the past week. Sick enough to feel crappy, but not sick enough to stay home from work, especially when I don't get paid sick days anymore.

Weather-wise, we're having about the same weather as Holly is this year I do have to turn my air conditioner on every night though, simply to drown out the noises outside so I can sleep! I am really looking forward to my inside cabin next month I'm hoping to actually get a good nights sleep for two weeks!

I'm working a seven day stretch right now but am off on Thursday and Friday, I leave for Alberta a week from Thurs So my two days off will be spent shopping ( I need some warmer clothes for this trip) packing and doing some yard work. Then 5 more days of work and I'm off

Does anyone else have special plans this month? Shannon, I'm glad you had a good camping trip!

I hope you have fun and get some sleep. I loved the inside cabin. I wonder what we would do if we could afford a veranda. I loved the dark and I loved the kids sleeping til noon

Popping in to say "hi".

Very busy these days. I have a few big projects at work that has had me heads down doing data analysis and writing papers.

I've also gotten a new minor release of Mouse Manager ready for testing and which launched today. I hope to get ready for general release in a couple of weeks.

Also starting to pow-wow with my Mouse Manager inner circle about version 2.0 and what it should be. It will be a major rewrite of Mouse Manager and we will be looking at having some form of integration with the iPhone.

Plus I seem to be getting busy getting ready for the upcoming trip in a few weeks.

Too much to do and not enough hours!

You will soon be relaxing and your biggest worry will be what high point dinner you should choose
