Did you get your TV???

Sure did! OK, the house is torn up because I was trying to clear a space for it, Tyler crammed a bunch of videos on our puny old TV stand to get them off the floor so they wouldn't get stepped on when bringing the TV in, and the worst part, I haven't found a bigger TV stand I like yet, so it's stuck on the old tiny one that held the 19inch TV.

Well, after 5 days in a row of being good and doing the workout video, I was forced to take a break today because I can't figure out how to hook my my DVD player. I'm used to a TV that had ONE place to plug something in. This TV has a ton of places to plug in stuff. Couldn't be calm and try to figure it out in my excitement of just hurrying to turn the TV on!

So I'll have to just get back on track tomorrow after making cookies with Tyler after school (and hopefully not eating too many)!

WOW! It's supposed to be in the 60s tomorrow! That's absolutely crazy! Then 2 days later back to cold and snow. Have to remember to order Tyler's snow boots tomorrow.

It was locked for me tonight, but Daniel could play, so he did. He did not win....so we have won 2 out of 3 days!! Maybe we were just lucky!!

OH MY GOSH, I have so many more channels now! We lost PBS last month when they went digital, but now I have it back because of the new TV! Tyler will be happy to see his kids' shows again! And there's a local weather channel that I never knew existed, and there's something called the CW network and it's got good shows! I'm watching a Sex and the City episode now. I think I'll hold off on getting cable until I get a feel for what I have now.

The 50 inch from Walmart I was telling you about yesterday. It's a Sanyo. It's too big for my house, but it will be fine when I re-arrange and move the furniture further back! I LOVE IT!

It was locked for me tonight, but Daniel could play, so he did. He did not win....so we have won 2 out of 3 days!! Maybe we were just lucky!!

I'm sorry to ramble on so much about a TV, but I honestly haven't bought anything in years (other than my computer which I used my Christmas bonus for). I think it might be my first time ever buying something major for myself.

No, I had a friend go get it with me. He has a truck. Actually it wouldn't fit in the back of his pickup truck because he has one of the little trucks (a Chevy S-10), so he hauled a trailer behind his truck. The box is 5 feet long, 3 1/2 feet tall and 1 1/2 feet wide. Definitely a two person job. But it wasn't heavy.

He found out today he has a marketing exam on Monday and three more exams thoughout the week.

I don't think he is coming home now...so I have to come up with a different plan.....Maybe I will kidnap Don and we can go get the one he decides he wants.....

Well, can you get a neighbor to help you bring it into the house? If so, maybe the people working at the store can get it in your vehicle for you (if you have a large enough vehicle, of course).
